The printer stopped working 3 weeks after purchasing just after the 15 day return period. Now I am stuck dealing with HP support to get a replacement. Printer shuts off and won't turn back on unless you unplug it for 20 mins.

Why is it so hard to set up, i dont want to install 5 of your stupid printer programs. just print and scan, let's go it shouldnt be this hard. I gave up after over an hour trying to get it to scan to my computer after doing all the things it asked.

Did not like this printer at all. My main problem was the paper tray. I purchased this online and didn’t realize that you had to change the paper and set it for photos so I couldn’t just print a photo from mr phone like I could on my old hp7510. This immediately went back to Best Buy and exchanged it for another printer and the exchange was a breeze - so easy!

Replacement HP office jet wireless all in one. The previous print finally wore out. I like all the features, except I am having challenges with the fax option.

Overall the printer is good, but there are a few areas that I will mention. I am not happy with the HP Smart app for scanning - there are really few options for scanning and the scanning quality is sub par. My pdf scans come out lighter than the original - no way to adjust this. Photo scans were not sharp either. Other thing to note is the printer is very large, really too large for a home printer.

This is a noisy printer. HP quality is good but I will definitely pick a different model when this one breaks.

It prints and scans well but it takes an inordinate amount of time to sent the print from my pc to the printer.

I have been very satisfied with HP products. My printer after ten plus years jammed when printing card stock. The Representive who helped was vey gracious. Forgive me for not remembering your name, I did not realize so much time has passed.

I have found HP printers to be the best I have ever used/owned and are economical to boot. This printer continues the tradition and I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Good copier! Seems very ink efficient. The only problem I had was connecting it to my Chromebook and the scanner is still not connecting. It's probably my error not the copiers.

Works wonderfully. Easy to set up and easy to use. I needed a printer for bigger jobs than the one I had. This is the one. Not too big or too small. Very happy with this purchase.

Had a bit of trouble with set up. Still only one of our 2 computers connects over our network. Copy and print quality is good.

Not exactly what i wanted but works well. Initial set up a little tricky since hp says do on phone which does not work. Set up via computer fairly easy

Not as handy as a previous HP printer but it will do the job. Printers are just not as heavy duty made as they use to be.

The price was right. The quality of the photos good and the text excellent. Also like the HP ink program, I never worry about running out of ink and the price is right.

Excellent computer that does it all smoothly. I like the tray that pulls out that will catch multiple copies and the scan that will go to computer or just print it.

Replaced an older HP - need the scan, copy, photo functions everyday. Works. Scan doesn't have as many choices to where files should go as older one did, but it still works.

Works just fine. Had problem with Scanning. Geeks fixed it. Lost wireless connection. Needs to be fixed.

Had to replace an HP photo printer, found this on sale, documents look great, easy to use, easy to replace cartridges, HP software for it looks a lot different than the photosmart software, but after a few tries, works awesome
