Prints out faster than my last printer. Only ding is it takes a while to upload when turned on but over good printer!

Easy set up, but disappointed with the SLOW printing.

This printer has a nice clean look. It is a little too big but I wanted a printer that offers two sided printing. However I'm not sure if it can auto scan a two sided sheet.

This printer does not have a scan to network folder like previous models. It froze on set up before I had the option to connect it to a network and required you to download an app. But then the app couldn’t find it since set up wasn’t done. Ended up having to hardwire the printer and do a configuration reset to make it work. One of the most difficult of any HP printers I’ve set up.

I haven't used it personally, but the girls in the dorm seem to love it. When I bought it I asked the sales guy what he would recommend for the dorm. He said he was in college himself and explained why the students like this printer.

Everything was explained to us so we could understand what needs to be done and they did it.

Horrible printer.. Hp is usually my favorite, I talk to a sales person and explained the issue I was having with my printer.. He said that it was one of the best.. It was just wore out bought another one.. Its junk..

This printer is working like a champ. The only difficulty I encountered was connecting with HP about their ink program. All oknow.

Printer does a good job printing. However, it seems like it "adjusts" itself too often and for too long.

This printer/scanner/copier is great. It does everything i want it to and doesn't use a ton of ink. I love the ability to be able to refill certain inks rather than the normal one cartridge. Over all a great printer

Happy so far! Only 4 stars instead of 5 because it was a pain to set up & it lacked good instructions (looked up set up online).

Nice fast printing. We like that we can print from any room from all of our devices. The scanner is a little loud, but does scan fast from the autofeed. Holds a good amount of paper. We haven't tried to print photos yet.

Love the fact that this printer has individual cartridges for the colors. I don't like a single or dual cartrigde setup. I would think that you'd waste ink.

I'm a bit disappointed in the flimsiness of the inner parts and paper tray. Black and white printing is sufficient, as is color.

I am pleased with this printer so far. I did have some trouble figuring out the two-sides printing.

Brand new in the box printer. Would not print properly. Colors were non-existent when printing. Returned it and the ink within 3 days! Could the printer be defective? I don't know, but did not purchase another one.

Works great and i can print from any of my devices. HP has really outdone themselves. Fast printing, scanning, coping and faxing. My family and i love this product.

Easy to install and working wonderfully HP has been my personal IT product of choice for over 20 years and will continue to remain my "go to solution for print management"

I like this printer a lot. Only issue is that even on setting using the least ink the cartridges do no last as long as advertised.

It works and prints well. Feels like using a work printer. Have not printed pictures yet. When first setting up instructions were not clear how to open lid to insert ink, there’s a button to push.
