Easy set up, but disappointed with the SLOW printing.

Slow to print. The paper tray can't hold as much as previous printers. Print quality is good.

I am pleased with this printer so far. I did have some trouble figuring out the two-sides printing.

We are, so far, very happy with our printer. The young man who helped us was very informed and helped us make the right choice for our needs. For our use, inkjet was the way to go.

The printer is garbage. It only works if you are connected to the internet and HP monitors you printer use. You can only use HP cartridges. If you try to buy a non HP cartridge off Amazon they disable your printer. By the Epson eco tank instead.

Only problem is having to reset my wifi modem about every other time I want something printed off my iPhone or iPad.

Everything was explained to us so we could understand what needs to be done and they did it.

Only confusion with set up was how to install printer cartridges. Need better instructions

Works well. Tray capacity is large enough so I don't have to worry about refilling paper as often as my previous printer. The double-sided printing is a real time saver!

Brand new out or the box and the touch pad is almost unusable. Seriously it is the worst i have ever used and even my 7 year old HP black and white tocuh screen works better. Simply horrible, i will be exchanging this out this week.

This printer, when you finally get the software and HP app configured, works well. I've had it for about 3 months now, and I was hoping for better, as this has a lot of positive reviews. My gripes with it: it seems to run low on ink way too fast, and I don't print that much. The biggest negative is how HP forces you to install their app and sign in when you just want to print something. It's more complicated than a printer should be.

This is a great printer with 6 month supply and it works perfectly good on colors. They also provide a free 6 month supply of the ink and you don’t have to worry about to buy anything.

Good printer for my son's homeschooling this year! I use it occasionally myself. The ink does go a little faster than I hoped but it's okay.

Easy to set up. Perfect for home office. Printing is very clear and the $4 a month automatic ink service is perfect for what I use. I'm able to do many things with this fast printing copier.

Order, shipment and set up all went flawlessly. The printer works great and I would recommend it. Wish the ink that came with the printer lasted longer, but that's true of any new printer.

It lacks some features I want but at least it prints clearly.

This printer replaced a printer that cost 3 times the cost of this one but this HP 8025 printer works as good. It's not built as well as my former one but still works great. I would recommend this printer.

I bought this printer to place an older all-in-one HP printer. I like the optional ink package.
