I like everything about this printer except I have not figured out how to print from my smartphone. Directions are not clear to me.

Works great when installed...not so easy to install....should not require a visit (extra cost) from the Geek Squad.

To big for home use. The person who help pick my stuff should of ask more questions to what you need your stuff for. I would recommend to anyone who have a business. Not for personal use.

Once we got it set up we are happy with it. The setup is a little confusing at first.

Excellent printer for my wife to use for work now that she is working from home. Has printer, scanner and it faxes. Perfect for all of her needs.

Great printer. I had the same model previously for about 3-4yrs and it quit printing blue. But I like it so I got another one LOL

Buy this printer at your own risk. Read others who experienced the setup paper jam issue. Plugged the printer in and followed the prompts to install the ink and add paper to the paper tray. The paper jam alert came on after and despite trying everything including removing the paper from paper tray and reinstalling the paper tray, unplugging from the printer and from the outlet, the error code would not clear. I also followed the recommendations of another reviewer which did not work. I also went on the HP support website and followed their directions which did not clear the paper jam. I just returned this crappy product to bestbuy.

Works like a charm once everything is hooked up! I had a little difficulty setting it up, but once I called customer service everything was a breeze!

Very pleased with printer. Needed in a hurry at tax time and delivery time was excellent. Hope the cartridges perform well as they are expensive (aren’t they all).

This is then worst printer Ive ever had in regards to ink consumption. This printer blew through a whole set of colored ink cartridges in 3 months just doing printer maintenance. Not one colored print out was done.

Thus far...I am loving it except I can't see the S/N to give correctly to Instant Ink......

I love my printer , I don’t like paying for ink on a payment plan , but what choice do I have?

Decided to stay with the heavier duty Officejet 860 printer, because I do alot of print jobs.

This is a great home office printer, and offers the flexibility to do what you need to do without breaking the bank. Add in the instant ink plan, and it's a great addition to the home office.

Printer is doing an excellent job of printing. I highly recommend it.

I finally found one in stock ! Nice printer. Needs much better set up instructions. HP smart … isn’t.

So far, I'm very happy with this printer/scanner but I don't like the ink cartridges, which are difficult to handle.

So far, a well built and quality product. Just wish the new HP printers used my old ink cartridges, since I had some left.

This 3in1 provides all the functions I need. The only concern is the noise. Very loud printing.

This is a great printer for the money. It is fast, scans, copy's and everything I need. Way better than the 1st one I brought home and returned. Only thing is color, not thrilled with the color.
