After 45 minutes of Googling trouble shooting for the printer since there was no owner’s manual in the box, I unplugged the printer, opened the printer to clear and search for any left over papers that would cause the error. Since there is no paper I could see causing the jam, I turned it back on and I am still getting an error message of a paper jam. Now I have to call HP support or take in to have the Geek squad look at it.
