This product was only purchased because the other 4 available printers (all HP) didn't work. Ironically every one of the 4 HP printers in the house crapped out after software upgrades. HP is a sham. Ink is over priced, customer service passes the blame and their products always last just weeks after warrantees.

It gets the job done but I wish it printed better. I keep getting these lines across my photos when I print them. :(

It works well I just wish I would have read about the document scanner this one only scans 1 side at a time.

Be prepared to buy ink cartridges frequently as it runs out of ink fast.

Good moderate printer, used it for working form home. A bit bulky but not too bulky. Does everything I need and good on ink usage with the amount of paper I use.

When faxing you must fax each page individually ..

I or someone in my family use this everyday and with so many features, it really gets the job done!

The setup for this about made me crazy. The online geek squad were worthless. I asked for help and he sent me to refunds. If I had wanted a refund/return I would have asked for it. My local geek squad were and continue to be marvelous. The printer itself seems to have some minor glitches. I'm still not sure about. We'll see

my old HP just quit. this was the recommended replacement. I had to change some settings but seems to work well. Not as quite as my last one

Was a little more difficult to set up than I anticipated. However, once completed it works great.

So far, since having it for a month or more, it’s been a great home office printer. Great features and couldn’t really be any happier.

Having always purchased HP printers I am disappointed in the speed of printing. Seems slow compared to the past printers I had.

Great printer once I got it set up with wifi. It looses wifi signal pretty often, troubleshooting at this time.

I have not had a great many opportunities to use this printer yet, but the few times that I have, I have been pleased with its performance. No problems with it so far.

I love this printer, we set up with hp to monitor and send ink as needed. It has been great! No issues and we are very happy with this purchase!

Meets our needs for a college student and an elementary student. So far so good, hoping it will be durable enough for all of the home scooling during the pandemic.

Good printer/fax/scan/copier for home use...document feed is a llittel rough but ok,,,paper tray is a little "flimsy"

Paper jams continuously! No matter what you do to try and correct the issue. Printed test page great. After that nothing but multiple jams and try’s to print on multiple sheets.

It appears to do everything well. Just wonder how long that will last. The plastic seems flimsy and delicate in places.

I like the 2 sided feature when copying and how it prints a page/receipt 2 sided without a prompt.
