Sales people were of great service t, he printer is just what we needed.. we also purchased a samsung phone S10 which was a great purchase, salesperson was excellent as well.

Meets our needs for a college student and an elementary student. So far so good, hoping it will be durable enough for all of the home scooling during the pandemic.

Easy setup and easy operation for at home printer. AirPrint feature is easy to use. Prints quickly and beautifully.

Great printer once I got it set up with wifi. It looses wifi signal pretty often, troubleshooting at this time.

Was a little more difficult to set up than I anticipated. However, once completed it works great.

Disappointed with this printer. The quality of the printer is cheap. It takes a long time to print or copy a document when it is warming up. When scanning, the mechanical gears that advance the document squeal. The printer has already jammed several times. Would rethink my purchase if I could.

I have had 3 different printers and this printer does everything. I have to say it is the best one that I have purchased from Best Buy.

my old HP just quit. this was the recommended replacement. I had to change some settings but seems to work well. Not as quite as my last one

Decent printer for household use. Not the best photo printer but after lightening up the pics they printed much better.

I purchased this printer to replace the Hp 6600 . Very good value for the price. I save $50.00 as the printer was on sale. I have only had the printer two weeks and so far so good.

Works great. Ive had it for going on 2 years and have had no issues. I do recommend buying refilled ink because HP ink is overpriced

I love this printer, we set up with hp to monitor and send ink as needed. It has been great! No issues and we are very happy with this purchase!

The setup for this about made me crazy. The online geek squad were worthless. I asked for help and he sent me to refunds. If I had wanted a refund/return I would have asked for it. My local geek squad were and continue to be marvelous. The printer itself seems to have some minor glitches. I'm still not sure about. We'll see

I like the 2 sided feature when copying and how it prints a page/receipt 2 sided without a prompt.

Was a relief after trying to work with 2 less expensive Epson printers that did not function correctly and were very difficult to set up. Worth the little bit of extra money.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my granddaughter who is away at college. She seems very pleased with it.

This product was only purchased because the other 4 available printers (all HP) didn't work. Ironically every one of the 4 HP printers in the house crapped out after software upgrades. HP is a sham. Ink is over priced, customer service passes the blame and their products always last just weeks after warrantees.

Bought this for my wife's office and shes very satisfied with the quality it has.. shes really likes the fact that she can get free ink for 6 months..

I LOVE this printer! The features that HP have built in are awesome! I use it at home, but print stuff for work all the time. Insta ink is an amazing program with it!
