Was a relief after trying to work with 2 less expensive Epson printers that did not function correctly and were very difficult to set up. Worth the little bit of extra money.

Other than the ink being rather expensive, this printer works great.

I've always used HP printers and bought this one to replace a 10 year old OJ 8600 Pro. I compare this printer to the 8600 pro becsue it is similar in price. This printer is HORRIBLE slow, low scan resolution, no auto double-sided scan feature. For the price it's a real let down. I will not be keeping one long.

The Bangor store was great but the covid-19 made delivery date longer than normal but it came to store exactly on time that was projected. all is working fine.

All-in-One / Wireless: Easy set-up, simple to use for home office! Print, Scan and Copying is great! Definitely meets my need.

A good value for a home/small office. The wireless feature saves a lot of cable clutter.

Need to keep updating software. Has difficulty connecting to my HP laptop. Go figure. 2 HP products not sinking.

Haven't used it much, but it's very similar to my old model so it will get a work-out. I printed up the Manual (why can't HP provide them in the box?!), which used up so much of the Set-Up ink-cartridges, that it now is giving me the "low on ink" reading. Hopefully, it won't go through ink that quickly....

this thing came in handy on day one of owning it when I had over 2000 documents to scan and upload. Literally only took minutes to complete!

We have had it about 4 weeks. So far, so good. It was easy to set up, and it is printing and working well.

This printer was easy to connect to my network and does exactly as I'd expected. Works great for 2 sided printing and connects with all our devices. Very happy so far

Had larger printer when I worked from home but this started having problems and wanted a smaller printer. Service from Geek Squad was very fast, efficient, and friendly.

I wish I had purchased the 8600. This is a poor substitute. Difficult to set defaults. I’m replacing an older 8600 and should have stayed with it. I’d like to return it and buy-up.

Dont buy this printer if you want to scan easily or print more than 50 pages a month. Awful design and the hp ink system they force you too use is poorly designed.

It works! It does everything I need it to do. Controls are intuitive. Software and integration flawless. So far I’m impressed. All at a very reasonable price.

Does what I need it to do. Set up could be a little easier but so far I haven’t had any major issues
