Excellent and versatile printer for the money paid. Using for home office

Not nearly as reliable as previous HP printers. Scanner works when it wants. HP 25 years ago was fabulous but each time I replace my printer it is of lesser quality and is of cheaper materials.

Great printer easy to set up,complete step by step instructions to help connecting to Wi-Fi also comes with an email for printer.

Does not print correctly. Geek squad failed to fix it. So probably have to go elsewhere to get another printer sure will not be a HP

Laptop checked in and repaired in 24 hrs. Good explanation of plan for repair and back up plan. Geek squad is awesome.

The easiest set up ever and working good. Only bad thing is you have to keep colored ink in order for the black to work

works great, could be a little lighter for its size. Wireless network is lovely, can control it through my phone.

We had a wonderful person helping us. He was very knowledgeable and also helped my neighbor with an apple computer.

this HP model does everything and getting six months ink is a plus for a very low price

Love this printer, but I have the Mac mini and they do not recognize each others at different times I have a few issues

Worked but squeaked like a hamster running on a wheel. Replaced the earlier version of this printer with this one and that one wasn't great - didn't last. Shifted to Epson and much happier. Print quality is better

so far so good, it was very easy to install and so far it has lived up to expectations

Old Hp gave out, this is a replacement. Has several functions and an app to put on your phone.

Great printer, I had a canon before and it was hard to connect to my computers, But this one connected easy and fast.

If you are using a MAC you find find an issue with the scan to email function. HP was able to assist in working me through this.

Not worth the price even a little bit. I’m not exaggerating when I tell you that every single time I have had to use this printer I have had to call HP customer service to help in some way. Every time I click “Print” I get some type of error (Offline, 404, “printer does not exist”). The printer itself will say “Online” then when I click print switch to “Offline”. I have had the printer for almost a year and not one time has it just simply printed. It’s so over the top and annoying to set up, at this point the kind folks over at HP customer service know my name because I have to call to print ANYTHING. Literally a paperweight, don’t buy this product.
