    the printer is much lighter than our old one and only uses 3 color cartridges plus black.

    Does not print correctly. Geek squad failed to fix it. So probably have to go elsewhere to get another printer sure will not be a HP

    Very disappointed in this printer. Purchased February 17th and has been not worked well. I have had to restart is many times for it to print and most recently the feeder has stopped working. Very cheaply made in comparison to other HP's I have had. Money wasted.

    Overall this is a decent printer. I was told I could do stickers on this but it did not feed the sticker paper through properly. Thus was one of the main reasons I purchased this printer and now I can not do my projects. Wish it had a top feeder so the paper would feed through properly.

    This printer takes FOREVER to boot-up. It is also very slow when it prints. And it eats ink like there’s no tomorrow. I’m highly unsatisfied with this printer. Unfortunately, it’s too late for me to return it... Next time, I’m going to spend the extra money and get a laser jet printer instead.
