It is a decent printer and has all of the features I was looking for. The only issue I have is that the paper doesn't always get picked-up by the roller, so I have to push the paper in the tray forward for it to feed.

It does not allow us to scan more than one page per document. Maybe it would if we used autofeed? Also, the paper jams easily. Not happy with this purchase.

Disconnects constantly, needs to be restarted, and apparently doesn’t understand how to work with Windows 11. Simple software fixes and this would be a great printer.

I think HP is trying to get too "cute" and "do it all" with their own HP"Smart" app which doesn't seem to be very smart at all. I purchased this for my wife and I to use at our "pandemic telework" home/office. Installation was pretty easy, but the printer worked for about a day then just quit for no obvious reason. I spent literally 3 hours on the phone with HP tech support even giving them control of my computer to troubleshoot, install drivers, etc. and nothing worked. Printer would continuously loose connection (very solid WiFi in a small condo), and report "needs attention" with no clue what the attention was or what wasn't working and showing the red "do not enter" icon in the HP Smart app. Neither the HP troubleshooter nor the one in Windows 10 could find or fix the problem. Sadly, I purchased this ONE DAY before Best Buy's October 18 extended holiday return date so am now stuck with this non-working boat anchor of a so-called printer. VERY dissatisfied and skeptical of buying any HP printers in the future. Keep it simple HP and just use Windows printer drivers and provide a USB port to scan to a memory stick and stop trying to do everything over WiFi with your own apps & drivers. It just adds potential points of failure.
