Too many problems right out of the box

I tried adjusting the paper tray and it would print well for a while. Then, multiple sheets came out again (and again). Also, the print copy was poor. There were straight white lines across a full-color page. Then the copier began to jam. Per one reviewer, one has to depress a couple of tabs at the back of the paper tray in order for the paper to feed correctly. I tried that and same results. The last straw was the hassle it was to add paper. You have to remove the paper "exit tray," remembering to push down and seat the "backstop," add paper, adjust the tray length, close the tray, and then put back the "exit tray," which doesn't seat easily. The printer has since gone back to the store.

Complicated Setup

However it took 2 calls to the Geek Squad to get it set up. HP’s new process is too complicated for the average person to get through. I would not have purchased this product, had I known.

Sheet feed does not work on photos

poor performance

HP support was unable to help and told me to take the printer to where I bought it for new printer. This is what I had to do.
