I had to throw out a printer because it wasn't printing in color even though it was only less that two years old, but was no longer in warranty. Then I had to get a new one which I did, then to find out with their instant ink program I couldn't use the FULL cartridges Ihad and paid for from the other printer, and there's no refund or support for this as far as I can see. Then now my NEW printer is not recognizing a FULL paper tray giving me a consistent error message to load paper. DO BETTER HP!

Now I have two HP printers: one otherwise reliable printer no longer can scan to email; the newer printer never could.

We couldn't get anyone to help us even after asking at the counter twice and going up to the front of the store to the person just inside the doors and asking for assistance. It took more than 15 minutes to get help.

Later email from HP about this feature led to frustrating efforts to rectify. Finally, I cancelled Instant Ink: too hard to do!!!
