This printer is very efficient and prints quickly. The set-up left a lot to be desired, as this printer REQUIRES a Wi-Fi connection AT ALL TIMES. It took me three days to get the setup completed because HP's website and documents were not clear.

Best Buy is my only choice when it comes all electronics. Being a TotalTech member offers an excellent package. I did my research for the HP Allin One printer, scanner & copier and picked up in store. I could not be happier with my purchase.

Excellent printer! This is my second HP printer and I am impressed with the performance. My last printer was wireless but for some unknown reason it stopped connecting to my PC. This was an easy set up and operates as advertised with no glitches so far.

Bought this printer as a replacement for my old HP 8610 all in one that died because of the printhead failing. Was able to set up and use in a manner of minutes. It is an older model but I am confident it will meet all of my printing needs. The printer is very user friendly and the output is fast and soft. It is smaller than my old printer and looks really nice in my husbands home office I could’ve replaced the printhead on my old printer but HP doesn’t sell that part since it’s old and I found the replacement on amazon but it would cost more than my new printer. I’m still thinking about buying the replacement part since I have ink refills for the old printer and just use this as a secondary. Thank you Best Buy!

Very fast crisp prints! alerts you on your phone if anything is going on with it and has so many features! I mean it even has a dang video player so you don't have to search how to do things with it , because they already come pre loaded :)

Easy setup.All functions work first time. Careful not to download optional update which requires genuine HP ink for the life of the printer. More plastic parts than 8600 series. Good value for price.

Not the cheapest printer but you get what you pay for. Print quality is good and it's speedy. Easy to set up and reliable so far.

Have been using this printer for exactly one year now. Have had 0 issues. Print quality has been great, works seamlessly on my network with all of my devices. Not 1 single jam.

This is my third or fourth HP. Hooked to my wireless router and my phone, it’s one of the all-time best toys (for those of us having LPTs). As it turns out, each generation gets better and more user- friendly.

Seems to print quick but its a prjnter so not a whole lot to say. Only print word docs and labels. They inch subscription is cool

Works good. Had a paper jam about the 3 rd time I used it and another one since so that is frustrating. Overall it is fine for a home office.

My old HP printer (probably at least 8 yrs. old) just died one day, and I needed a new one immediately. Went to local Best Buy and after speaking with the salesperson, who was quite knowledgeable, I chose this model. Does what a printer is supposed to do!

bought to replace a 10-year-old inkjet and works way faster. better clearer printing than the old one. easy to set up and connect to PC. able to print both sides of paper, scan copy or document storage is wonderful

Struggles to sync with Mac book and Mac desk top.... I realize that's more of a Mac issue though. everything else it works well with prints from phones with ease.

I liked my last HP printer much better than this one. You have to have an app to be able to do a lot of things with this printer. I can't just walk up to it and scan something. I have to get on the app and do it thru that. It doesn't have a good place for the photo paper. The paper drawer has a strange top on it that is hard to get in the right place. I've never had a printer that I didn't like before.

Got this printer but it stopped working, and because I enrolled in HP+ I couldn’t discount it from the internet. So now it’s a nice paper wieght

works smooth Thanks for the Geek Squad tech support when it was offline. Paper tray pushes in a little hard, has to be pushed straight. Wish it had a card reader.

Nice machine with typically good HP design features. Well priced. Tray and innards are very plastic and hard to move around, like when changing paper.

This all in one is so much better than my old HP photosmart printer. Happy that I upgraded. Prints quickly and sharply. Still sounds like R2D2 when it’s starting up, but it doesn’t use nearly as much ink as the old printer. I’m happy about that.
