TERRIBLE design for ink cartridge installation

I needed to wait until my adult son visited me before I was able to get the ink cartridges installed. He even had trouble snapping the plastic tab, for fear of accidently touching the sensor. This is a terrible design. I've always bragged about how great HP products are, but I now regret this purchase. The last printer I got was a Brothers brand (only because it was on sale-but it turned out to be great). I only gave it up in order to help my sister who decided to return to school & she needed a printer. After that, I went back to HP, but now I'm sorry that I did - due to the poor design.

It no longer prints colors properly. Blue is no existent and now comes out pink. Thought it was low ink, but just installed all new cartridges and the issue will not go away. Ran diagnostics, print head cleaning, and print head alignment all to no avail. HPs online assistant is terrible. It spins you into login hell over and over again. Been on hold with HP for the last 30 minutes with no answer. Terrible customer experience both live and on their app. The digital experience is atrocious.
