When I send a job to print it gives me an error message and spits out a blank sheet, then about 30 minutes later it prints my job. I have worked directly with HP to try to fix the issue with no luck. I also bought a printer cable to use instead of printing wirelessly. Nothing has worked. You can only return to Best Buy for 2 weeks, so now I'm stuck with a printer that delays my print job for at least 30 minutes.

The setup took nearly 4 hours. It prints and scans extremely slow. Scanned documents look a bit lackluster and blurry. Ink cartridges only yield about a 100 pages per month. New ink cartridges cost $5.00 per month. If you print more than 100 pages per month, there’s a charge of $1 per every 10 pages. LThis printer is not durable. It’s really just cheap plastic. I’ve had this printer for less than two weeks and it’s already malfunctioning. I’m returning it tomorrow. Save yourself the headache. Do your homework first so you don’t end up with this piece of junk.
