Best Buy delivered the printer in 2 days.. The price was the advertised sale price so we decided to purchase the printer. Setup was pretty easy, but you really have to (should?) sign up for HP printer supplies. The only complaint, as mentioned in other reviews & comments, is the actual printing of every page is a mechanical crunching sound that's fairly annoying. This is a simple at-home printer so I'm not too bothered by the noise..aka I'm used to it. Otherwise, I'm pleased.

The amount of time it took to install this printer was absolutely ridiculous. It took two hours and fifteen minutes and help from technical support to get this printer up and running. My previous experiences with HP printers has been a very quick, uncomplicated install, and usually without a contact to technical support. The hangup was the instant ink website was inaccessible to me, therefore the entire setup progress stopped and the printer wouldn't function. They have overloaded the amount of software required to make their printers function and in this case updated and upgraded is not better!

Great printer - easily hooked up to my MacBook. Just need to remember to update more frequently for the software updates bc if you’re in a rush to print something and haven’t used it in a while it will take a few extra minutes to download and install maintenance updates. Otherwise no complaints at all

I have been a big fan of HP equipment and their extended warrently on the Laptops, Is a wish choice to make. The only down size with their printers (we are full time RVers and I have 2 printers one for the RV and one for my winter location. When I travel or winter in Ca. I have to put one printer into sleep mode( clean print heads, take the ink out, etc), but some times when I go to use them after an extended storage mode, they don't work. This has happend 3 times and I had to replace them. I wish HP had a better way to put the printers in sleep mode for longer / extended shut down then they currently have.

This printer was śo easy to setup on our wifi network. The last one I had keep disconnecting, this one resets itself. The doc feeder is not super fast but does the job. Great for small busimesses

Nice printer, easy to hook up and download. HP I always delivers quality merchandise. I’ve had H P printers for 25 plus years and they always last a long time. This is my 3rd printer since then .

I had to upgrade from an HP 5560 printer because of a work project at home. The 8025e was easy to setup, including the wireless connection. I have printed about 800 pages, mostly in black. There have been no paper jams or other issues. The ink cartridges, both the ones that came with the printer and the XL black size, do not yield what HP claims you will get. They seem to be off by ~20%. Hopefully someday HP will get real with ink yields. I had to knock off a star for that. All in all I would recommend as a good home printer. Not sure how it would hold up in an office environment.

I purchased this printer to replace my old HP officejet. It performs as expected. It was easy to link to my phone and laptop. Even my 77 year old mom can use it! The 6 months free of instant ink is great!

This is so easy to hook up for Wi-Fi or just direct printing the pages are great and it hardly uses ink. You can get ink on Amazon for about $17 for all of them

Has everything you need for an everyday office and school work setting . I’ve been a long time HP printer user . Let’s hope this one last a min of 3 years .

Got this for my fiancé as a surprise for nursing school. She loves it. Prints fast and clear. Not loud for when she is printing documents after our kiddos are sleeping. Quickly prints and is super easy to operate. Scanner scans so clearly!

Bought this to replace an old Brother printer from about 10 years ago. So far, so good. Pros- Easy to set up- took about 15 minutes to get my first document printed Network connectivity- my last printer struggled to stay connected to my home network, but this printer (in the same location as the old one) has had no problem staying connected Ways to print- I love being able to print from my Chromebook, my android phone, and my windows laptop. Super easy to print Quality and speed of printing Cons None so far Overall, I am impressed with this little printer. I print maybe 75 pages a month, and this will suit my needs perfectly.

Set up was ok, took some time but not awful. Have always had HP printers, this one was just as good as others. We replaced old one doe to driver not being supported. I

My HP all in one printer just went after 14 years. I got this one & love it. Its fast, the quality is great & it prints & scans so fast. The 6 months of free ink is just an awesome bonus!

Very easy to Install and work with, the resolution on Picture prints is not the best as I saw at the ad, but documents work preety good.

I was hesitant on buy this model but i knew i wanted a H.P brand one. So glad i comparison shopped before making my final decision. So easy to set up and prints fast.

I love this printer. I love how easy it is to print from every device I have , and set up is simple. Connecting to it is simple, just make sure the device your printing from is connected to the same Wi-Fi as the printer

Finally replaced our old printer. This one is fast and sharp! Hopefully we will get years out of it like the one before! Color is great as well as the black/white. Price was good as well!
