HP makes a good wireless printer. It does mobile device printing as well

So far so good. Having used just on scan mode, and I am very satisfied.

This makes my third HP printer. My first one lasted about 12 years. It finally just wore out. My second barely made it 4. It actually still works, it just sounds like it has a cat stuck inside when you try to print. But this printer! From day 1 it’s been nothing but trouble. I should have returned it when it didn’t come with a power cord. Since I still had one from my old one, I didn’t worry about it. I’ve been setting up printers for almost 30 years, all types. Never had any trouble doing it. Until now. The instructions sent with it were terrible!!! They don’t show you the teeney little button you have to push to get the cartridge window open. After 4 hours and numerous YouTube videos I gave up and called tech support. 6 hours later she still had NO CLUE either. She had to escalate it and call back. She called back the next day. We worked through that got the cartridges installed but then the HP ink had an account block on my printer. That took 8 hours of working with her to get fixed. I had two papers to write for class and she was taking up my entire prime homework time. She got that fixed but it wouldn’t connect to the internet. Again, 4 more hours. It literally took 3 days with tech support to get it working. I should have returned it at that point while I still could. I have to print everything twice. The PowerPoints my professors send me I have to print, but since they are anywhere from 20-70 pages long, the printer can’t handle it. Within the first 15 pages it jams. So I have to clear the jam, figure out what part of my stuff it died on and reprint those pages. But it’s labor intensive because it will jam again around 15 pages later, over and over until I get the PowerPoint completely printed. I’m going to see how to get it “fixed” since I’ve barely had it a month.

Nice printer. Best Buy has great deals on printers and ink.

It is an average printer, the only thing I really don't like is how there is no cd or even a direct link for installation. Installation used to be so easy when a CD was required.

The HP OfficeJet 8025 is great for all purposes. Ifound it very useful.

If you are a tech wizard this printer is for you. Had to call support (great support help) to get set up to print outside of their App. Still goes offline often. Not sure why

Problelm with set-up, had to have Geek Squad do it. Took them 2 calls. Also, constantly shows "off line" but still prints. Print quality excellent. Cound not receive any help from HP

Sorry, but this thing is setting by the window collecting dust! Connectivity sucks! Just a junky product! All other HP products are great, but this model didn’t work well for me.

I ended up retiring this. It consume ink like crazy!!! Barely 50 pages and I was out of ink! And the ink are not cheap. Good thing, the feeder and the look is good

Printer is great and easy to use. Fit for my reading room.

The printer is excellent. It does everything that I need it to do.

Print is working as good as when i bought it, no issue or problems.

I like all the features and how it connects to other devices
