    Worked fine and was super easy to use for just over a year, then threw a printhead error. I've been told it's not replaceable, and since it's out of warranty a new one just needs to be purchased. Cheap garbage that lasts just long enough to get past the warranty period, definitely won't trust an HP again.

    Purchased on sale at Best Buy, replacing an Epson that died spontaneously. I have never been a fan of HP for the poor quality of their products, and this Officejet just reinforced that thought. Right out of the box, the printer did not want to allow for the install of the cartridges, when I finally managed to install them (not forcing the printer in any way) the print heat slammed side to side, and the printer began throwing error codes, HP tech support was near impossible to reach, and could not offer any help but “take it back to the store” I took it back to the store all right, but exchanged it for a brother. Cannot recommend this or any HP product,
