Have been a loyal HP customer for a long time so when our old one stopped working properly, we only shopped for a new HP one. The paper output tray is flimsy - and in looking at other HP options, I can't seem to find ones without this tray. It's loud and randomly spins the paper roller. Wish I could return it.
