||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I told the salesperson in the store that I wanted to make sure the doors were on right on my refrigerator he said no problem at all. Because I do not work at best buy I would not know when I checked my receipt that there should have been a separate charge for the door reversal. He did not remember to do that for me so my fridge was delivered with the doors on wrong. I then called in and luckily there was an appointment for today with someone to arrive between 12 & 8. As I sit here @ 8:21 and I have missed my granddaughters game (I have never missed one) and still no door reversal???? Very disappointing!!

Horrible setup process

I did not want to set up an account and had to reject every prompt which was then followed immediately by another "are you sure?" prompt. "No means no!"

SAVE YOUR MONEY

It took me over 5 hours to set it up and it still didn't scan to computer. This is the second one of these printers that I bought recently. The first one didn't work at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I've always purchased HP printers - never again. I tried the Print and Scan Doctor - useless! Contacted HP directly - useless. I'll never buy a HP printer or PC again. This printer went back to the store.

Do you have two days to loose?

I have lost two days trying to set the printer up and subscribe to an ink program. It printed 15 pages before it ran out of ink. I have now had to reset the printer and install software 3 times, even though I can confirm the printer is online and connected. Any attempt to use HP support tells me to just RESEST everything and try again. The app on my phone crashes while serving me an ad for Instant Ink, which interrupts my attempt to subscribe to Instant Ink. Not a single part of this printer works smoothly.

Defective

WORST PRINTER EVER

I had a previous HP printer and it was great. I got this at Christmas and it did not work so I called Best Buy and they said come in for another one. The second one did not work either!!! And the instant ink is a pain in the neck. I could only load print jobs from my phone so if anyone in my house wanted to print, we had to go through my phone. DO NOT buy this printer. And it's super bulky - not streamlined at all. Circa 1987.

Printer doesn't work

I have not been able to print since the agent Michael Jones left. He gave me his card and told me I could call him direct to set up an appointment anytime I needed service. I called him to come back 2 1/2 weeks ago and left a message but he never called me back. I need someone to come back and fix the problem but I DO NOT want Michael Jones back here. Please send someone back.

Absolutely horrible junk!

It'll do "printer maintenance" whenever you try to print something. The ink dries up quickly when not in use, the paper gets jammed, even when put in straight and neat, print quality is metiocre at best. Hp smart doesn't work with it, won't recognize the device. Just one problem after another. I hate Epson printers, but I hate this hp more. That says a lot coming from me. Don't waste your money, you'll regret it.

Wireless is great for a short time

Then, it couldn’t see my network, even though it claimed to be connected and my computer could no longer communicate with it. When I added a USB cable, I could only print in black and white. And trying to uninstall and reinstall the printer didn’t work either. After the initial install and less than two weeks, wireless printers seem to lose their minds.

Store did not tell me information needed to attach

The technician refused to call his manager. Both technicians acted in a superior manner. A follow up appointment was ignored by the in home technician department. I should receive a credit for the $50.00 paid to them. The customer does not come first in their treatment of customers.

Set up was terrible and took a whole day off and on working on it. We have fiber and just had to hard wire it. It feels cheap and you have to close the paper catcher to load paper and it's just not user friendly for any print jobs over a few pages. Went through in quick and prints very slowly.
