      Hi there.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer stopped working after you’d had it for only a month. I can certainly understand why that would be a jarring surprise, especially if you rely on the unit for business use. I want to help you resolve the situation, so I’ll provide a resource and some information I hope will reach that end.

I can’t tell from your review what issue the printer faces or why it stopped working. I recommend that you contact us directly so we can help you assess what’s happening and determine the best course of action. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number:
      - hp.com/plus-help

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:

      Hi there.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer ran out of ink so quickly. I can certainly see why that would be an unwelcome surprise after getting a a new printer, so I’ll offer some clarifying information and resources I hope will help you have a better experience going forward.

First, I can’t say for sure what happened with the ink supply in your case, but some printers come with what are known as setup cartridges, which have a lower capacity than regular or XL cartridges, and less yet than ones in our Instant Ink program. Still, the time span you mention seems quite short. A third possibility is the printer is not reading the cartridges correctly and is giving an inaccurate reading.

Regardless, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

      - Model number
      - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I'm so sorry about these issues with incomplete prints! I can understand how inconvenient this must be, so let's see what I can recommend for improving this.

First, it sounds like the issue at hand could be one of print quality. With that said, the following support guide should help provide a resolution: support.hp.com/document/c06260268

If this doesn't fix the issue at hand, please contact us for support. We would be more than happy to work with you and explore other solutions. You can get in touch anytime via your preferred method here: hp.com/contactHP

      Hi, Ellie.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has given you difficulty and that you’ve been unable to find the ink cartridges you need. I can understand why that would be a tremendous letdown and frustration, so I’ll offer some information and resources I hope will help.

First, HP still makes ink for your printer, but for reasons related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are seeing an effect on some product availability. We are actively working with our supply chain team to minimize these delays. Please check back soon.

      Hi there.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has performed so unreliably. Your review is brief, but your frustration is clear, especially considering you had such a better experience with your former HP printer. I want to help you get this device running like it should. I hope the resources below make that happen.

First, I recommend that you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various tasks and issues, including wireless connectivity, which I suspect might play a role in what you describe here. Otherwise, on the same page, you’ll find a general-purpose tool called the HP Print and Scan Doctor. If you use Windows, the tool will help identify and guide you through solutions to a wide range of common printing and scanning issues. Visit that page here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics

For more help with difficulties, or to learn more about your printer and all its features, you can access troubleshooting guides, how-to documents, user manuals and software updates here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/product/model/37934576

If performance does not improve adequately, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic in some areas, wait times for agents are longer than normal. This printer is pretty; with white and gray replacing much of the body’s traditional dull black, this is a refreshing change to a necessity of today’s world. Along with being pretty, it feels pretty sturdy out of the box. The paper tray and scanning tray don’t feel like they’re going to break off, like I’ve experienced with some printers in the past. Setup is quick and easy - the colored touchscreen on the front walks you through everything you need to know to set it up. I suggest downloading the HP Connect app before you get started; otherwise, you’ll have to stop your setup to finish getting all the features you want. The app is pretty nice as well - it allows you to print, print from Google Drive, scan, scan to the cloud and email, make copies, set up smart tasks (if you’re going to email scans to the same people over and over) and order replacement ink cartridges. Printing/scanning and copying is easy enough and the ability to wirelessly do these functions from my phone is awesome. The ink quality is bright and crisp. One hiccup I had a few times was when I went to print multiple pages at once, the paper got jammed a bit and printed one page across 3 pieces of paper. There wasn’t even that much paper in the tray; I took the paper out and fixed it and that seemed to clear up the issue. Overall, this is a really nice printer that has all the functionality that a small business or home office would need.

Wow. This thing works really well and connects to so many devices with ease. The speed and quality of your print outs are just amazing. Just when you thought printers can't get much better, smart printers come out. Very user friendly, I would want this for my parents/grandparents. All it needs is Google Home/Amazon Echo voice commands to print things somehow and it'll truly be as smart as can be. The printer itself also looks pretty sleek. This is (so far) a straight up good and reliable printer.
