    I have to say I was skeptical, just because I really look into the details of the reviews. I would definitely recommend this to anyone whom needs to fax or scan. I love it!! It's made my scanning, faxing and printing so easy. I works so well with my MacPro laptop. It was easy to set up, it did not take a long time. It prompts you with the display. Make sure to download the app to your laptop and phone. Be careful when loading the paper, it's a bit flimsy.

    I brought in my printer due to an issue. The Geek Squad rep told me they don't service printers that it would need to be replaced. The customer service rep helped me and gave me store credit since the store no longer had my specific model. I found a model almost identical to my old printer. I wasn't expecting to leave with a new printer today but I'll take it. Satisfied customer. The protection plans come in handy.
