Good.....But...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If not for the hassle of getting it to work correctly I would give this 5 stars BUT: The directions through it's HP Smart setup were not 100% accurate. That was a minor issue which was worked through fairly quickly. I am not a fan of the HP Smart because it requires you to have to logon to use certain features and I don't like having to go through there site to select resolution on scanning and other features. In the end I am using the windows scan to select scan resolution up to 1200. I had an issue of print jobs intermittently hanging up in the printer and having to use scan doctor to clear the printer which became a pain. I called HP support and was not happy with their help. They closed the ticket before the trouble was cleared. Finally after trying a number of things through google searches I appear to have cleared the trouble. I cleared the trouble by disabling spooling, turning off the printer, unplugging it and then plugging it back in , turning on the printer and re-enabling spooling. Not a bad printer, just more of a pain than there old ones. YES, I would refer it to a friend... but would be ready to help him, HP support is disappointing.
