It had all I need to run the office. Both directly connected and wireless connections work well. Ink cartridges are easy to refill your self which saves a lot of money. Has an annoying habit of doing maintenance when you try to print about once a week requiring you to wait for a minute for your document. Scanning software works well.

Its very difficult to choose a right printer when there are so many models and features and quite happy with this printer which has All in One and the quality of print is excellent. Secondly.....I enrolled in a HP Ink Plus so never had to worry for cartridge running out. I definitely recommend this product

Setup was pretty easy while following the HP Smart App step by step. I didn't have to enter the wi-fi password as the app took care of it. The tanks were easy to fill and I am looking forward to not purchasing ink cartridges.

    Liked the printer, but...

I purchased this printer on 12/10/22 and returned it on 12/19/22. I had no trouble setting up the printer to connect to the internet and was able to print (it can print two-sided as well), copy, and scan without using a USB cord (I did not try the fax feature). But there were a few things I didn’t like or was concerned about: 1) The power cord constantly slipped out of the port on the back on the printer. Sometimes I wasn’t aware that it slipped out and would wonder why the printer wasn’t turning on. 2) I could not set up the printer to be used with a USB cord because I have a MacBook (you can only do this with Windows). I wish I’d seen that sooner! It’s nice to print things wirelessly, but it’s good to have the option to use a USB cord just in case your internet is not working properly. 3) I could not access the settings for two-sided scanning because you have to have Windows (the HP Smart app does not have a setting for two-sided scanning). I believe you can access the setting if you have Windows (it will say “two-sided scanning—manual, which means you will still have to flip the paper over and insert it into the auto feeder). However, if you look at the specifications/overview on the website, it does say that it does not have duplex scanning. I should’ve checked that thoroughly before purchasing the printer. 4) The HP Smart app would freeze on my computer, and I had to close and reopen it a few times to get it to respond. 5) I was also concerned about the reviews that said the printer stopped working after a year (or even several months). My Canon printer started acting up after 9 years and I would hate to get a new printer and have it fail after a year or less. 6) The Instant Ink Program sounded tempting but then after I read the fine print, it sounded creepy (HP has remote access to your printer and can stop the cartridges from working if you cancel/don't your subscription). No thanks. If this printer works for you, then great. It just was not my cup of tea.

I am so terrible at anything involving technology! I was able to install, link, and successfully print in under an hour. Printer prints quickly. The only negative comment is that the printed pages fall on the floor unless I am standing there to catch them. It may be my fault though.

This printer is fantastic. It was easy to connect to my laptop and phone. The printing was fast and clean. I only used it once for faxing and it was no problems there. At the time of purchasing it it was on sale at BB but i would have paid regular price for this machine.

Tray paper sizing stinks for 8.5 x 11

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Paper Tray size adjustment is not good for 8.5 x 11. There is nothing you can do to properly fit a 11 inch page. The closest notch this tray clicks into still leaves about a 1/2 inch gap. You have to carefully push the paper towards the backside of the printer, then carefully push the tray in hoping the paper doesn't move on you. Also, the 14 inch adjustment tab sticks out beyond where the paper should sit on the front side of the tray.
