After returning the cheapest printer because it stopped working within an hour of operation, we bought the recommended choice, It has functioned flawlessly and the images are the berst we've ever had.

    Office Ink Jet Pro 8025e

I purchased this printer cause we use them all in and out of office. When placing it to function with the ink the window screen read damaged ink. I called Hp they spoke me through while video was going from their side and we reset the ink. Then they sent out a 2nd set of ink. We placed it in together and when we closed all doors the same thing occured. Ink Cartridges damaged. I had to send it back. Never had any issues with these Hp Office Ink Jet Printers. This really upset me and set me backwards in my work.

    Upcharge on Helping resolve issue

    Posted .

I went through the instructions and it would not work. It gave me a phone number to call if issues. The person on the phone, not a HP person, upcharged me 180 dollars to fix it and then tried to sell me on antivirus software for 3 years at another charge. So what was a good buy tuned into being a bad buy.

WARNING - Printer held hostage by subscription

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Printer will not work unless subscription is paid. Subscription is not just for ink but rent to allow pages to be printed. Be prepared that you have to pay the subscription to use printer or HP will block you printer from working.

This Printer is a piece of SH.. It will not connect to my computer nd I cannot print checks with this supposed top level machine. I also purchased $150.00 worth of additional computer supplies and was told that I would have to pay for a bag to carry the items out. That was the last straw...no more Buest Buy

Just purchased this printer and I was a little worried because of a couple of reviews that claimed problems with the set up. I had no issues, setup on my phone, ipad and Mac were a snap! Buy this printer with confidence!

    Disappointed in HP All-In-One

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I am disappointed in multiple aspects of this printer. As an engineer who has used multiple printers for printing plan sets and specs, it seems like HP is just trying to take money out of the peoples pockets on this one. Scanning - in the quality of 2-sided scanning. It constantly Jams, wasting lots of my time and making the feature nearly useless. Sheets get pushed off the tray even when scanning only a few sheets. Limited choices, can no longer figure out how to scan multiple sheets and save as individual files. Printing - Sheets slide off of the catch. Ink costs are outrageous from HP and they push updates to make off-brand ink not work by blocking chip access. This will be my last HP purchase. Not sure what brand to switch too. Most of the office printers I've used are the big expensive ones like Konica Minolta, Xerox, etc. Not sure they make any affordable brands. I've heard Brother and Epson are good. Can anyone verify that?

HP Wants Control Of It All

Would not recommend. HP voids warranty if you use other companies Ink cartridges and they require you to create an account on HP to use the full functionality of the printer, including the scanner.

Pure Frustration Disguised As A Printer

This printer shoots a finished page into the air to land wherever it will in whatever direction it chooses to fly. Ridiculous design. Someone please come and take this away.

After spending many hours trying to set it up, I found out this model does not scan from the document feeder or scan to email. The product description on the website made no mention of that.

So far, so good! Works like it's supposed to. I like the color printing default especially. Also, the unlimited ink deal.
