Good printer / easy set-up / can use iPhone to command all functions ‘ BUT ONLY USES HP INK, the printer will not use any other brand

It works great, this printer is user friendly...easy to use and words come out clear...easy to set up... overall perfect for a home based office..and not bulky at all....

This printer produces high-quality prints and copies. It is a great replacement for my previous printer and the price was right.

Fast and efficient Inkjet printer. Perfect for home use. Set up and installation is simple for wireless use. Good quality black and white and color printing and copying. Scanning works well with both included software and Microsoft scanning software that comes with PCs. Price is reasonable. Ink Cartridges are fairly expensive, but HP has a plan that can be tailored to how many pages you print monthly, and send you replacement cartridges as you need them. While perfect for home use or a home office, a machine with greater capacity for paper and larger cartridges might be better for a large office.

Overall this was the easiest printer to set-up and the wifi set-up was a snap compared to the last two printers that I had. So far I am very satisfied with the print quality, speed, and ease of use for the printer. Sometimes it will send the print job to the printer queue and then print it out with no hassles. I would not hesitate to recommend this printer to anyone. I also signed up for the instant ink program and they automatically shipped me a set of ink for my first refill.

I went in the store looking to purchase a easy office printer for minimal dollar and I got a maximum machine at what feels like a fraction of what I paid. This all in one certainly out does itself in every way. And not to mention it comes with the service to order ink refills so no more store runs. Even though I love a good Best Buy run. No but seriously this printer is a winner in my book and it looks good in my office. I’m glad I chose this one. Money well spent.

The HP Office Jet printer is great! Replaced the one I had been using earlier, and has met or exceeded my expectations. Easy to use. Keep up the good work!!!

Paper jammed in less than a week. Geek squad to come to fix the problem. Other than this, it works well.

On July 20, 2023 I purchased a HP Office Jet Pro 8025e Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer to replace my HP Envy 7640 All in One Printer which I couldn't get technical support for anymore. I had talked to Technical Support and he recommended this Model to replace my HP Envy 7640. It was reasonably priced as it was on sale. So far I've used the copy and print functions and they work well. The paper tray seems a little "difficult" to open but it opens far enough to add paper. I've had HP printers for years and have found them to be reliable. I would recommend this Printer as an good option.

Gave this to my wife for Christmas. Her older HP printer was not working right and she was tired of asking me to print out her stuff on my printer. This printer has a slightly larger footprint than the 5000 series but I was looking for an all-in-one with a feeder. The Envy I was looking at never became available on BBY. Would have preferred this model in black but not a deal breaker. I have a 6000 series downstairs which uses the instant ink program and the good thing about this printer in why I chose it, is that both printers take the same ink type. Also included in this purchase was 2 months free instant ink, although I thought the overall price was a bit steep I also purchased the replacement extension program. Setup is a bit tedious but I've setup many a printer in my day. Might be harder for the inexperienced. Maybe get the Geek Squad to set it up for you. In working with the setup, I noticed the overall quality of the plastic, especially the 'front plate', is not quite what I would expect from HP based on other HP printers I've owned. Seems a bit flimsy, but functional so far. Also they shortened the power cable by about 6 inches. I had to replace the power strip with a longer one. My biggest gripe with setting this up has nothing to do with how it prints but that huge Instant Ink sticker they slap on it. Who wants to keep staring at that distracting sticker? It's like put on with Gorilla glue! I had to google on how to remove the sticker and it took me longer to get the sticker/glue off than setting up the printer! (and BTW don't use any solvent like alcohol because you can mar the surface). It would have been convenient for HP to put a blurb in the instructions for those who wish to safely remove that ugly sticker. Outside of that, printing OK so far. Happy wife, happy life.

Like the more compact size and the price was definitely right. Print quality and print speed meet expectations. Scanner is important for me and works great.

It took a little maneuvering to get this to run smoothly, but once I got it going, it works great. I love this printer. Best one I've had in a long time.

This is a great compact, colored printer I had a bit of a hard time connecting to the WiFi, but I do not think that had anything to do with the printer.
