We have had the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e Wireless for close to a month now and are very pleased with the printer. It was easy to set up and it has been easy to navigate the control screen and it is very fast.

After installing my new printer it printed 75 pages of my 2022 taxes perfectly with no issues. I appreciated the help I got from 2 of your associates.

Goes through ink quickly but quality of print is good. Startup time is a bit slow. Lots of useful features with wireless connectivity features.

Nice printer for a good price. Only drawback is we have to use HP ink.

I'm pretty hard on printers because I'm a heavy user. This HP Office Jet meets all my printing and scanning needs and it's size is just right to fit on the desk in my home office.

My previous printer was malfunctioning for a couple of months. Colors when printing in color were way off. Checked everything, cleaned everything, problem remained. My extended warranty had not expired so took printer to BB thinking they would check it out and fix if fixable. Service desk told me I could pick out a new printer. I did. New printer, more expensive than what I was returning, was on sale for basically the same price as my old. Thank you BB. New printer prints faster, cleaner, and awesome. Colors when printing in color are perfect. I scan a lot and scanning is easy, I bought into the instant ink plan and glad I did. So convenient! Hassle free and now with the COVID thing, definitely the right call.

The printer was easy to set up and works wonderfully. Included with the printer we got the mobile fax. This allows you to fax from your phone and it’s very convenient and fast.

Paper jammed in less than a week. Geek squad to come to fix the problem. Other than this, it works well.

On July 20, 2023 I purchased a HP Office Jet Pro 8025e Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer to replace my HP Envy 7640 All in One Printer which I couldn't get technical support for anymore. I had talked to Technical Support and he recommended this Model to replace my HP Envy 7640. It was reasonably priced as it was on sale. So far I've used the copy and print functions and they work well. The paper tray seems a little "difficult" to open but it opens far enough to add paper. I've had HP printers for years and have found them to be reliable. I would recommend this Printer as an good option.

Good printer / easy set-up / can use iPhone to command all functions ‘ BUT ONLY USES HP INK, the printer will not use any other brand

Setup for the pc wireless connection was a little more difficult than it should be. Connecting through cable is easy and hassle free. Oddly enough, it's easier to print from my phone than it is from my laptop rhrough the wireless. Prints are decent for basic printing needs (forms, text, plain paper images, etc).

Great multi-function print/copy & scan. Easy setup and WIFI connect. Clear, clean printing. Always pleased with my H-P products!

This is a great compact, colored printer I had a bit of a hard time connecting to the WiFi, but I do not think that had anything to do with the printer.
