Love my new printer extra simple to setup. And gives you the option of ordering toner once it starts to get low

It works great, this printer is user friendly...easy to use and words come out clear...easy to set up... overall perfect for a home based office..and not bulky at all....

Fast and efficient Inkjet printer. Perfect for home use. Set up and installation is simple for wireless use. Good quality black and white and color printing and copying. Scanning works well with both included software and Microsoft scanning software that comes with PCs. Price is reasonable. Ink Cartridges are fairly expensive, but HP has a plan that can be tailored to how many pages you print monthly, and send you replacement cartridges as you need them. While perfect for home use or a home office, a machine with greater capacity for paper and larger cartridges might be better for a large office.

Solid printer-can’t scan legal sized paper but otherwise was a good choice. Easy set -up And ink cartridge swap.

Purchased this printer as my son started online school. It prints very fast for the price point and extremely clear. Excellent product.

Quick and easy setup, I bought this printer primarily as for the scanner but it is an all around good printer for a small remote office

The printer had some connection problems in the beginning, but is working fine now. The printed sheets look great.

Overall this was the easiest printer to set-up and the wifi set-up was a snap compared to the last two printers that I had. So far I am very satisfied with the print quality, speed, and ease of use for the printer. Sometimes it will send the print job to the printer queue and then print it out with no hassles. I would not hesitate to recommend this printer to anyone. I also signed up for the instant ink program and they automatically shipped me a set of ink for my first refill.

I went in the store looking to purchase a easy office printer for minimal dollar and I got a maximum machine at what feels like a fraction of what I paid. This all in one certainly out does itself in every way. And not to mention it comes with the service to order ink refills so no more store runs. Even though I love a good Best Buy run. No but seriously this printer is a winner in my book and it looks good in my office. I’m glad I chose this one. Money well spent.

This is a great printer, easy to use, load ink and the ink is cheaper than most printers.

It's producing clear & concise designs. So far my gf has zero complaints while she creates her designs and labels for her small business!

Good product with high quality print. The paper container is a bit not-so-well design, otherwise, the printer quality is good. You can connect it to WiFi and print remotely.

A great printer at a reasonable price. Geek Squad even came out and set it up for me to work wireless.

Does not scan like i thought it would. so far it prints nicely but still slow to connect and start print job. not sure I like this not to mention you have don load an icon for each thing you want to do want to print download this want to scan download this. Not my thing I like less.

I’m really impressed with this printer. I work remotely and am constantly needing to print out and scan in documents. This printer has proven to be very user friendly!

Gave this to my wife for Christmas. Her older HP printer was not working right and she was tired of asking me to print out her stuff on my printer. This printer has a slightly larger footprint than the 5000 series but I was looking for an all-in-one with a feeder. The Envy I was looking at never became available on BBY. Would have preferred this model in black but not a deal breaker. I have a 6000 series downstairs which uses the instant ink program and the good thing about this printer in why I chose it, is that both printers take the same ink type. Also included in this purchase was 2 months free instant ink, although I thought the overall price was a bit steep I also purchased the replacement extension program. Setup is a bit tedious but I've setup many a printer in my day. Might be harder for the inexperienced. Maybe get the Geek Squad to set it up for you. In working with the setup, I noticed the overall quality of the plastic, especially the 'front plate', is not quite what I would expect from HP based on other HP printers I've owned. Seems a bit flimsy, but functional so far. Also they shortened the power cable by about 6 inches. I had to replace the power strip with a longer one. My biggest gripe with setting this up has nothing to do with how it prints but that huge Instant Ink sticker they slap on it. Who wants to keep staring at that distracting sticker? It's like put on with Gorilla glue! I had to google on how to remove the sticker and it took me longer to get the sticker/glue off than setting up the printer! (and BTW don't use any solvent like alcohol because you can mar the surface). It would have been convenient for HP to put a blurb in the instructions for those who wish to safely remove that ugly sticker. Outside of that, printing OK so far. Happy wife, happy life.

We had an earlier model of this printer that died after 7 years and we replaced it with a “cheaper” printer. That was a big mistake! After multiple hours on the phone and allowing remote access to set up the lesser printer we gave up and returned it for this one. We will never make the mistake of “trying to save money” with regards to a printer again. This printer does most everything a home printer needs to do with great quality print outs and it was a very easy setup (just had to click a couple times to “ok” setup).
