Good quality printing. Very quiet as well. Easy setup. Highly recommended to add the offline printing software.

Very easy setting it up. This includes installing software and wireless setup. Print , scan, fax worked perfect after setup. Absolutely no problems at all

I was able to set up, connect, and use this printer within an hour. Have had no real issues. My only comment would be that I would like more control over the printing margins, etc.

I’m really impressed with this printer. I work remotely and am constantly needing to print out and scan in documents. This printer has proven to be very user friendly!

HP has been making good multifunction printers for manynyears and this one works well. The ony thing missing is software fax - it appearsmtomon,y be able to fax by dialing the number in the control panel and scanning the document. There is a delay function that works, but it would be nice to handle a lot ofmthis through the HP Smart app that’s otherwise pretty good.

Purchased this printer as my son started online school. It prints very fast for the price point and extremely clear. Excellent product.

It's producing clear & concise designs. So far my gf has zero complaints while she creates her designs and labels for her small business!

Had my old Gen for almost 10 years before replacing with this model. Print quality is awesome and scanning on both glass and drive at 300 dpi is crystal clear

Printer works well, copier works well. I bought this printer mainly for the wireless printing capability. As with most printers, ink is expensive. I still have an old HP Officejet printer but we could not connect wirelessly to the old one, but it still works with the USB cable. I have had excellent reliability with HP inkjet printers.

It is a good printer, although noisy when first starting a print job. Print quality in both B/W and color is very good.

I love the printer. It’s connectivity to Wi-Fi and easy set up make this a great product. Then add in the HP+ and instant ink and you can’t go wrong!!

I bought this to replace a dead HP printer. I use Instant Ink, so I thought I'd keep my Instant Ink account and just update my printer. Proved to be a good choice. It's a workhorse. No problems after more than four months of use. Easy to replace ink cartridges and paper loads easily. Prints mailing labels, shipping labels, and file folder labels with ease--even 4"x6" sheets of file folder labels. Color is good. Like all printers, goes through lots of noisy grinding when it hasn't been used in a while. Pretty fast when it gets rolling. Prints double-sided to save paper.
