Had an old HP printer that lasted about 10 years. Replaced it with this one. Love how it is constantly connected to my WiFi, and prints with ease!

Able to setup this copier with our business computer and business telephone systems.

Great! We have a few of this in our work office. Easy to set up and connection. Just make sure you have the drivers installed and you'll be good to go

I like the ease of setup, the print quality, and how quickly the pages print. What I do not like is that it goes into sleep mode and pressing the power button does absolutely nothing to wake up the printer. I have to pull the power cord in order to print documents once the printer goes to "sleep". This is very annoying and a product defect. Even tapping the touch screen does nothing to awaken the machine.

So far so good. It is working fine, however, this was an exchange of the same printer. The first one started to act up within 1 month of purchase, still on a guarantee. We were able to exchange for a new one no problem. In addition, it was on sale so we got it for that price minus the refund for the previous one. We did not have to reinstall the computer, but the first one was a hassle and we needed Geek squad help to get it up and running.

Great copier. Very reliable and prints excellent quality pics. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

One of the best printer I ever had love it! Love how easily you can print both side on one sheet.

Unpleasant chirp to turn on and off. Toner cartridges don’t look very strong and you have to snap them in. Made cheaply with lots of thin plastic construction. Works well, easy to transport. Paper feeder has small capacity. I had an HP for years so I wonder if this one will be able to compete. Only time will tell.

This is a great printer...easy to set up and the print quality is great. The one thing to note is this is an all-in-one so it is on the bigger side.

Does everything it says it will do and took about 20 minutes to set-up. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase.

It works. The subscription of ink is awkward. And occasionally it is hard to turn off

The new probter is super fast and has worked flawlessly. Ink capacity seems lower than previous models.

Great Printer after getting it set up. Set up could be explained better.

It’s a nice printer and setup was very easy. The print quality is very good for documents so far, I have not tried larger photos.
