I’ve always bought HP printers and they’ve never disappointed. This is a perfect upgrade to my 4 year old HP.

Simple and quick to setup. Copy / print speed is good and print quality is very good. Scan and fax functions perform well. Only negative is having experienced several instances where printer won't print, touch screen is black and printer doesn't respond on touch screen or power button. After disconnect/reconnecting power cable the printer returns to functioning as expected.

Printer is good but not a fan of the HP smart software. 2 sided scanning is non existent with said program. Higher end models will scan both sides in the document feeder without trouble. The free ink advertisement is not free at all. It is a lock in subscription so I bagged it all together

Quality printer, easy installation, good selection of features.

I am pleased with the OfficeJet Pro 8025e. Previously had Pro 8600 series, and this is a lighter weight unit. It does not feed multiple sheets well. It jams, so this is more of a home printer than a work printer. Also, the instructions on inserting ink cartridges were not easy to understand. Color copies print fine, and it prints 2-sided copies well.

It prints along with various other offices type of functions.

First of all, I want to say that I purchased this printer after reading a ton of positive reviews and based on my great experience with my old OfficeJet printer that lasted for years and always provided excellent quality prints and scans. I was 100% confident in my purchase of this product, now I wish I had never bought it. I have had nothing but problems from the day I got it home. I did not want to connect to my wi-fi (and I have excellent wi-fi speed with boosters all over my home that were professionally installed by my carrier). Then, it didn't want to connect to my Dell computer. After many HP support chats, I finally got the thing set up, but it won't stay connected to my laptop. I'm constantly having to run the HP Smart Troubleshoot and repair it to get it to reconnect to my computer. I'm replacing the ink for the first time, using a generic ink from a brand that I have always used and trust well. I just put the new ink cartridges in the printer gave me an error message "Cartridges Rejected", "The indicated cartridges have been identified as altered or cloned", "HP+ Printers require Original HP cartridges. Replace the non-original cartridges to continue printing"!!!! Now, if you don't mind all of this, this print quality is good, and the scan quality is good. I haven't had any trouble with paper jams either. Mechanically, it's a well-built printer and worth the money. That is if you want to spend all of your money on overpriced ink and all of your time fighting to constantly reconnect it to your non-HP computer! So for Value, I'm rating this a 1 because they expect you to spend all of your money on HP supplies, including the computer that you connect it to. Quality, I'll rate it a 4 because when you are able to print or scan, the quality that you would expect from an OfficeJet is there, but I'm very disappointed with the time that I have to spend to get it to produce. For Ease of use, I would rate it a 0 if I could. Would I recommend this product, as I stated, only if you have a newer HP computer and are willing to spend the money on HP supplies, including paper.

The print quality is good, scanning is OK. AirPrint is supported, very convenient.
