I’ve used HP in the past and upgraded from the HP 6583 series prior to this one because it’s didn’t have the fax capability. The only concern I have is using the digital screen that had my using the app for the scanner and faxing aspect. After some trial and error I was able to get it to work. Overall I like the product and would recommend it.

Everything works great, except the scanner

I only have one issue - the scanner seems to not want to feed multiple sheets. So, I scan manually, one page at a time. That's a pain. However, the feeder does work for the copy function, so I think the software is a little flaky. Possibly an upgrade of the software will fix the problem? Otherwise, it's a great little printer!

Great price! Prints nicely. Love that I can scan directly to someone else. A little noisy but I am now used to it and dont even hear it. Overall very happy with our choice. I have not printed a photo yet so can't comment on that. Easy to use.

HP Inkjet Printer

I had an older 8000 series printer that had more ink colors worked well for many years. This printer’s touch screen and paper tray take a little getting used to. However, for the price level, this printer works as it should.
