Great for infrequent printers that want a small profile in the home. Print quality is decent, but I never got the remote scanning to work (always have to go through the HP app). Still, it's quiet enough and it doesn't take forever to boot up / power down.

I purchased 5 of these printers for our employees to work from home because of the Covid 19 quarantine. Didn't have much time to review a lot of printers, but this one was on sale and it had good reviews already. Great purchase. It's quicker than I expected and you can scan directly to your email or a file on your computer. Super easy to set up. I loved it so much after setting them up for my colleagues that I bought one for myself. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone.

I like the low profile of the printer, and the speed for the printing is actually much better than I expected. I only have one issue - the scanner seems to not want to feed multiple sheets. So, I scan manually, one page at a time. That's a pain. However, the feeder does work for the copy function, so I think the software is a little flaky. Possibly an upgrade of the software will fix the problem? Otherwise, it's a great little printer!

After driving myself crazy reviewing printers I bought the 8025 to replace my HP that was about 5 yrs old. 3 weeks and so far so good. Great price! Prints nicely. Love that I can scan directly to someone else. A little noisy but I am now used to it and dont even hear it. Overall very happy with our choice. I have not printed a photo yet so can't comment on that. Easy to use.

Print quality is good. HP makes its money on the ink. The printer, as part of the setup, wants you to join their mail ink service. HP then remotely assesses everything you print and determines when you need ink mailed to you. The cartridges they send can only be used while you are paying for the subscription service. If you discontinue the service, they disable the cartridges you bought. If you use non-subscription HP ink, the printer does not / cannot assess when you need replacements. It just prints pages missing colors. No warning message is given, even though we know the printer is aware of low ink. There are no ink-level reports available. One more thing, cartridges from alternate suppliers will be assessed by the printer and disabled.

First, it prints great quality documents and pictures. Second, EVERY SINGLE PAGE the printer pauses at least 3 times during the print, and then there’s a long pause 30-45 seconds before the next page starts. This is hands down the slowest printer I’ve ever owned. I’m very disappointed with the time it takes, especially for the price paid.

Ordered this printer and it works great. Very happy with the quality of the printing.

It was easy to unbox and install. The problem is the paper tray and the paper feed. It will feed several pieces of paper at once while printing. The paper tray itself seems to not work properly causing error messages that the tray is open when it is not.
