Other than ink quantity, for business flow the printer has been working great with no jams and decent print quality for documents.

Decent little printer

So easy to set up even I could do it!

This helped me scan documents to my laptop so I was able to email them to help dispute an issue I was having. All in all this printer/scanner/copier had actually made me about $4900.00 as I was successful in the dispute. I would ABSOLUTLY recommend this product to a friend.

Quality and Convenience

I was pleasantly surprised by 6 months of Instant Ink included with the purchase. An additional bonus was the offer of Instant Ink sent to me automatically based on my usage. I was given he option of estimating my usage, which I can change at any time. This is very convenient. Obviously, the quality and speed of printing is excellent.
