I replaced my older HP all-in-one printer because when it was scanning documents it was turning random pages up-side-down which is annoying when you are copying 9 page leases. This one does the same thing but if I edit the scanned document and flip the page it saves it where my old one would not save the turned page. So at least I don't have to re-scan the whole document again. Also, the default for copying is color where I would prefer the default to be black & white. The paper drawer does not have paper guides so you don't know how far to push the paper in when you are loading new paper. It was easy to set up though so that was a big plus!! And it prints fast, some complained that it was loud but I don't think it's any louder than the printer it replaced. It's also smaller than my last printer so that is also a plus.

Printer was very easy to set up ( I did computer, iPad & iPhone). The instructions were well written.

I just bought this yesterday. Very easy to set up. My only problem was when I was signing up for Instant Ink. I kept getting an error message saying the printer was offline when it really wasn’t. I chatted with customer support and discovered the problem was on their end and not mine. The problem was fixed in a matter of hours and I was able to complete the signup process. The quality and speed of printing are awesome.

This was a great upgrade from my brother printer. I love the ink service.

Great wireless printer. Replaced a 16 year old HP printer.

installation was very difficult. first, the cartridges themselves are difficult to install. you have to break off a hard plastic tab on the side of it. really hurt my fingers. one of the ink cartridges was very difficult to install into the slot. i hope i didnt jam it. then the app install was at a standstill for quite a while. the wifi wouldnt open on its own. the screen stays at the promt to go online. it doesn't tell you YOU HAVE TO BYPASS THAT SCREEN to go into the printer settings to manually connect to the wifi. fortunately i have SOME computer sense and i was able to bypass all of the instructions! i havent even used it yet and im already annoyed with it
