Overall the printer is perfect, only issue if you don't print often then the ink does dry out but other than that it a good printer in itself.

Very easy to set up and connection to internet and devices.

I purchased this to replace a previous hp that only lasted less than 5 years due to color ink problem. Unfortunately I found on YouTube, various ways to unclog the ink too late. I don't know if it would help. I will try it if printer fails me. But I do like the printer.

Good printer with all the functions I need. Easy to set up and reasonably priced.

I was pleasantly surprised by the printer's speed. It's very quick -7 pages in black and white took about 1 second per page. It's very easy to connect and the first printer that I haven't had any network issues with. My past few printers would never stay online properly but I haven't had any problems with this one. Also it makes printing from mobile/tablet while you're away very easy with the app. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because, I don't print that often, so there could be a week of time between one printing job to the next. I've noticed after that week goes by that the next printing job takes a while to start. It's almost like the printer goes through a cleaning process before it prints because I haven't printed in a certain amount of time. The process takes about 3-4 minutes before it prints. Not a big deal but sometimes when you need a document for something you don't want to wait for the printer to clean itself for 3-4 minutes.

Print quality is great. Free ink supply is really helpful.

Printer was easy to set up on computer and cell phone, took only minutes to complete. The double sided printer option was a bonus, scanning and other capabilities are working well. The HP smart app will be very convenient when using this printer printing from cell phone. Was looking for a good printer with decent ink replacement cartridges prices that was also in stock. I think I have found the printer.

Set up seemed to go pretty smoothly - Until the printer had trouble connecting to the wireless internet system!? I have a pretty New HP Laptop but it had issues connecting with the Printer? I was able to Print from My IPhone without any issues!!?? It multiple times to reboot the printer to connect to our home WiFi network!

The printer is great. The copy machine works magic. Very easy to set up.

I absolutely love the feeder tray to scan or copy documents. I am still getting used to all the functionality or I probably would have rated this a 5 star review. I have determined it is not as user friendly especially when you want to print double-sided.
