I particularly liked the size and color scheme of this model over our past black larger versions. Setup was simple and all of our Apple devices are up and running. I chose to not enroll in the ink services but others may be interested in that option. Thought it nice that you are given the option.

I am still getting used to all the functionality or I probably would have rated this a 5 star review. I have determined it is not as user friendly especially when you want to print double-sided.

Good As advertised

Took me a little bit of time to connect to my Wifi, but after that I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of my copies and the speed at which the copies are made compared to my old one. Additionally, It is light and compact which is what I needed. I would definitely recommend it.

The screen is large enough to read the prompts. I had difficulty with my wifi connection and the telephone HP helper was excellent. Areas of concern: difficult to reach the paper margin slides & would appreciate a bottom margin slide as well as the sides.

Nice printer to get your documents copied or print

Has the wireless capabilities and scanner/feeder works good cutting down the amount of time that I would spent trying to use my old all-in-one. Paper draw could've been a little bit better in terms of ease of opening and closing but it does the trick. Now I can put my printer wherever while using my laptop or phone to print things. Insta ink option is a great thing also.
