    The BestBuy in Monroe did a great job walking me through the purchase process. Michael was very helpful sorting through the various all in one printer scanner fax products. He also worked with the geeksquad to facilitate the installation. A professional staff had the knowledge and experience I was looking for and they were great to work with.

    The printer has been perfect, was a lil tricky setting up, wants you to register with a card to get free ink, I still haven't received the ink cartridge that was supposed to be sent right away when you register, so I'm wondering will they try to charge first or sent them which makes the 6 months very suspect only had 1 1/2 months, but I will update.

    So far, this printer has lived up as advertised. Took me a little bit of time to connect to my Wifi, but after that I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of my copies and the speed at which the copies are made compared to my old one. Additionally, It is light and compact which is what I needed. I would definitely recommend it.

    The printer works as expected, but customer support from hp was terrible. The technician I spoke with said my internet was corrupted. He was going to send someone out to correct. My internet was not corrupted, and I corected the problem myself. Everything works fine now.
