The JetPro is a very easy copier to set up and I am IT illiterate so if I can set it up without any problems anyone can do it. It meets all my needs for home and a small business and would recommend it to anyone.

When my Cannon printer/copier/scanner died and unexpected death in the middle of a print job I began researching replacements. I found this HP 8025 and ordered in through Best Buy. It was a breeze to set up, link to each of our computer via wifi, including our cell phones, and print. It arrived in just a matter of days. It is fast and of excellent quality. The feature to feed a mutli page copy/scan job is a plus, but it would not feed a single page for scanning. My old cannon had a feature that when ink ran low, it presented my with a queue showing which cartridge was running low, and I could order directly online what I needed with free shipping. I hope this printer does the same thing. The instructions for setting up periodic ink shipments did not match the online applications and did not provide a means of completing the transaction.

Printer is excellent. Great quality print and easy to utilize once installed. Installing was a bit of a challenge but think it was primarily due to our phone & computer password confusion. Really am appreciating having a quality, consistent printer.

Easy to use and set up. Connection sometimes is a bit slow but I think that is more of the computer than printer. Quality is nice for basic stuff we use it for.

Excellent printer with very good quality prints in color

This is a very nice printer a little bit bigger than my old one but pretty easy to use very good quality printing and fairly easy to get everything all set up and working and connected to all your devices .

The HP OfficeJet 80256 is an excellent low cost "all in one" printer. Its small display screen is an easy way to access controls like type of copy and number of copies. I use an ethernet cable but if you want access to Instant In, you must use a WIFI connection.k

Bought this 8025e to replace an HP Envy 7855 that I loved, but which no longer printed photos well just 4 months after the warranty expired. Hopefully this 8025e will last longer.

Easy to set up. Color or black only Footprint is minimal

I am disappointed in the quality of the actual printer /device. For many years I had a version of this printer that I used for work and it was outstanding. This product prints well but I need to open the tray often to put in physical checks to print and the tray is always getting stuck. I would not recommend unless you barely use the printer to which case a cheaper version probably would be enough.

The printer is great!!! But the app link for software is trash. And, there is some type of ink subscription they force you to join,or relinquish extra capabilities. Meh......

The sales person that helped me chose this printer in the Duluth, MN store was very knowledgeable. He even helped me select the paper I needed. I am very happy with this printer. The wireless setup was easy to do. I use the print and function allot without any problems.
