This printer has been doing a great job for me. It's so much better than the ENVY printers, which I have had 2 of. The tray on top is key for me, having to scan things with more than 1 page. But overall it is working great! I'm very pleased with this purchase.

The JetPro is a very easy copier to set up and I am IT illiterate so if I can set it up without any problems anyone can do it. It meets all my needs for home and a small business and would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely love the product and was an easy setup.

Very pleased with this wireless printer. Easy set-up and quality is impressive. Ink lasts a considerable amount of time and this has been a life-saver during this remote work life. Despite where my husband and I are working in the office, we are both able to utliize this printer and can even print from our phones.

Had problems with paper jams on this computer. Returned within one week and purchased an HP Office Jet Pro 9025e. Really like it.

The product is excellent working very well and easy

Easy to use and set up. Connection sometimes is a bit slow but I think that is more of the computer than printer. Quality is nice for basic stuff we use it for.

When my Cannon printer/copier/scanner died and unexpected death in the middle of a print job I began researching replacements. I found this HP 8025 and ordered in through Best Buy. It was a breeze to set up, link to each of our computer via wifi, including our cell phones, and print. It arrived in just a matter of days. It is fast and of excellent quality. The feature to feed a mutli page copy/scan job is a plus, but it would not feed a single page for scanning. My old cannon had a feature that when ink ran low, it presented my with a queue showing which cartridge was running low, and I could order directly online what I needed with free shipping. I hope this printer does the same thing. The instructions for setting up periodic ink shipments did not match the online applications and did not provide a means of completing the transaction.

Great monitor and does everything I need for the price!!

This is a very nice printer a little bit bigger than my old one but pretty easy to use very good quality printing and fairly easy to get everything all set up and working and connected to all your devices .

I am very satisfied with this printer. It was as expected from a quality HP printer, although lifting the top to load the printer cartridges is somewhat difficult. Besides this, everything is performing well.

Good printer but didn’t work for what I needed it for. Vibrant colors. Best for home office, not design business

Bought it 3 weeks ago and only printed 20-30 pages so far. No problems so far. Prints look good. Paper supply parts are a little flimsy. Hoping I don’t break anything reloading the the paper supply.

This printer is easy to install and use. I was told by the agent it had a USB, so you can print from and it does not. It has features you can use from your cell phone and computer. But I will say it does not always stay connected and you have to keep adding your information to the login and in settings. It does print well and the app has cool features such as faxing, and scanning. It does have double-sided printing and scanning and with the feeder feature.

Easy to set up. Color or black only Footprint is minimal

It works fairly well. The piece that pulls out to catch printouts seems rather flimsy; in fact, the entire paper feed setup seems flimsy. I’m not crazy about the ink cartridge access, either.

Set up was easy and print quality is good; however, I have a few issues that I will need to contact the Geek Squad about. Seems to be some issues with the tray. A couple of times tried to feed half of the pages in the tray at once and then jammed. Scanner is not operating and when I endeavored to print a multi-paged article, it would only print part of the pages and half or none of the pictures. I think it might possibly be a software issue, since I have other, single documents with pictures that print okay. I have just not had a chance to get on the line with the Geek Squad.
