So far, I have been greatly satisfied with the performance of my HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer. However, the paper tray does not open as easily as my previous printers. But, overall it is a great buy!

I am very satisfied with this printer. It was as expected from a quality HP printer, although lifting the top to load the printer cartridges is somewhat difficult. Besides this, everything is performing well.

Love the printer and the options that are offered. I also like that you get a trial for the ink. Which I did sign up for. Because now I don't have to worry about running out of ink. Plus if I want to do Fax , I can do that too.

Prints fast, copy, and scan. I’m able to print using my phone and it came with ink. Whenever I’m low on ink more will be delivered since I made an account. In order to get insta ink you need to pay for it. You’ll get a free order of ink delivered to you after signing up. I haven’t tried faxing yet.

Love this printer with the exception of the copies coming out on top of the paper holder. It feels a little flimsy to me. Otherwise, this is a really great printer.

Old HP printer stopped printing in color (weird) due to a software issue and HP support was convoluted/nonexistent on the device that was several years old (OfficeJet Pro 6700 series). Tried looking around at other brands, with potentially better customer support, but was drawn back in by the value HP offers. This printer is styled beautifully and has all of the essential features, for a price at Best Buy that couldn't be beat. The only thing it doesn't seem to have that the old one did: dual-sided scans from the document feeder. This feature is missed, but one we can learn to live without.

So far I’ve been pleased with the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 printer. It was easy to set up and seems to be making good copies with the test items tried so far. It wasn't the cheapest product available but the ease of set up is worth a lot to me. I have high hopes that I will continue to be pleased with my purchase.

Excellent print, scan, and copy quality. Easy Set up, purchased additional ink cartridges however it comes with start up ink small ink cartridges to align and set up copier.I have printed aprox. 50 pages and the ink levels are still just now at halfway mark. Very happy with ease of wireless setup.

Had problems with paper jams on this computer. Returned within one week and purchased an HP Office Jet Pro 9025e. Really like it.

It works fairly well. The piece that pulls out to catch printouts seems rather flimsy; in fact, the entire paper feed setup seems flimsy. I’m not crazy about the ink cartridge access, either.

I love this printer. The first one I got didn't work but Best Buy sent me a replacement immediately. It was very easy to set up. I love the fact that I can print from any room in the house and not have to turn the printer on first.

It's fast, prints on both sides and is wireless. I still need to figure out if Ineed anything else to use the FAX but now a days there isn't much call for it. Changing ink is easy also. All in All a great printer for a very reasonable price.

Prints in a dark black, not faded. It's easy to scan, copy and print. My old printer only allowed me to send one print job at a time. This allows multiple which is really helpful. The factory ink ran out very quickly. It didn't go far. I just installed new cartridges so hopefully they last a lot longer.

Its very easy to set up and print from any device. I like how fast it prints and how fine the print is. Its a little loud, but I think all printers have to make some noise. Overall this is the best printer I have used. Plus it comes with free ink for 6 months.

I would buy this product again. It is a great printer very easy to use. The instructions make it seem harder to use. Once you have it connected to the internet, its easy to use. It prints clearly and fast. It's in another room but I can hear it click to know that it is printing.

So far this all-printer has been exceptional It was an easy set-up especially if you download the App. You can print, copy, fax and scan documents great from at home businesses, school or work from home.

This is a replacement for a similar HP 8030 printer that we got several years ago. We're not high use users, so I expected it to last longer. This one does what it's supposed to do. It prints, scans, copies, and faxes. And, I think it's pretty cool I can print from my computer and my phone. Then again, I'm easily amused. One reason we got this printer was that apparently printers with faxes are getting rare. One note: I was having a terrible time getting it setup and starting the free six month instant ink subscription. I called HP suppprt and after one transfer got a tech named Leonard. This was the most pleasant and helpful tech I've ever dealt with. Leonard was pleasant, professional, and not only got me up and running, but answered other questions as well. Hats off to Leonard and HP for a great employee.

The printer has so far worked well, although it was difficult getting connected with my existing old computer and our home network after I used the phone app to easily set it up with my cell phone. I chose not to participate in the instant ink program because of its fixed monthly costs when I am away from my residence for lengthy periods of time and the apparent need to surrender future control of the printer to HP under the Instant Ink program. I therefore did not benefit from the alleged six months of ink included in the purchase offer.

Needed a new printer after the 7520 crapped out, so far so good I hope to get as many years from this one as the last. If not I will have to look for another brand. Also the price was good with free shipping.
