Awesome does everything I need it to. Very lightweight printer even though it has all the functions of one that you would think would be much more space consuming and heavier. I was pleasantly surprised!

The printer works perfectly but not untill I had 3 hours on the phone with someone I could not understand. That part was extremely flustered!!! The HP dr. finally got me hooked up and now all is well.

I am pleased to have this new printer as my last one was very very old. I was overdue for a new printer and this one is working well. It will take me a while to get adjusted to it as of right now I do not even know how to install new ink.

Very easy to use and setup. Print quality is excellent and can wireless print from my Mac or Windows laptop. Like the feature where you can send print to an email address and it will automatically print if you are away from the printer. I recommend this printer.

This is the third HP Officejet Pro printer I have owned. They are cheap and I consider them to be disposable--a good thing since it replaced a 6968 model that I had for only 17 months before the print head went bad. Installation was fairly easy but I hit some snags because the installation wanted me to be a new instant ink customer and did not make it easy to transfer my membership to a new printer. It kept telling me to press the instant ink icon on the printer home screen. The home screen had no such icon. But...once I worked around these few problems, printing, wifi, copying, and faxing worked well. I ordered from Bestbuy, com in the afternoon and received at my home the next day.

Wow, it’s been almost a year and a half since I bought this. It’s fantastic and really came in handy during COVID with scanning and making copies. I will never go back to Epson. This thing is big, but it fits on the bottom shelf of my rolling computer desk. Easy to program, set up, change ink (but ink is pricey). I don’t do the monthly ink thing because there are months of high use and months of low to no use and I lost money the last time I subscribed. The ink does not run out quickly fir me, but it obviously depends on your usage. I don’t have the ability to use the fax feature. Scan and email works fine. Everyone in the house can use it.

    Good for Occasional Home Use

This printer is good for occasional home use. The print quality is OK, but not as good as my printer at my work. The printer prints and scans in color. I did have an issue with the scan to computer feature, but HP tech support told me that was due to an issue with their cloud service. The issue resolved itself the next day, and I haven’t encountered that problem since then. This device also faxes, although I haven’t tried out that feature yet. The only major negative is how expensive the printer cartridges are, and how often you have to replace them.

So far so good. I've had it for several weeks. I like the quality of the print and the ease of set up. It is wider then some other printers is a downside. It was not my first choice but the others were out of stock. But I am happy with it.

Only had/used my 8025e briefly, but so far so good. A little disappointed the HP software doesn't allow scan to PDF , nor flash drive but may have found a workaround for the former.

It is a nice all-in-one printer but the ink cartridges didn't last a month. The cartridges were labeled for set-up so they were not regular capacity. Very disappointing.

A pain to set up connections to Wi-Fi

This printer was a pain to pair with our WiFi. And once the actual printer worked, I discovered the scanner wasn't connecting and we had to contact HP for help. Then the top loader wouldn't scan until my husband poked around on the HP app some more. It really shouldn't be so difficult. Our last HP printer was so simple and lasted many years, so I am very disappointed.

My old printer was 8 years old so decided on this hp printer. Was on sale at the time. Set up was easy and straight forward. Printing quality is very good. I have a mac and it works well with it. My only request would be that hp put out a driver for linux machines.

I have owned many home printers over the past years and I can honestly say the HP Office Jet Pro 8025 is by far the best I have purchased. The ease of set up and the quality of printing for the price makes this a great printer for home use.

Will not print single or double checks from three-on-a-page. Previous HP printers over the last 20 years did. Also, will not copy at fit-to-page setting. Has the setting but doesn't work. So frustrating that I wasted money on a printer (and replacement policy) that doesn't work for my needs.

3rd HP. Last one worked for 7 years! Cannot beat ink prices with the auto deliver. To buy separately at a store is MUCH more expensive - if you can find what you need and buy when stores are open!

I’ve always had HP printers and were thoroughly satisfied with them. This one works fine too. The only thing that might be a small drawback is this printer is very noisy. We tried to go the settings to quiet mode but we couldn’t figure it out. Otherwise it works fine.
