So far so good. Everything connected without issue and it prints flawlessly. My only gripe is the cheap paper tray, if not paying attention this item will break.

Replaced a very old Brother with my new HP. The HP is easy to use. Color pages are crisp. Photo copies for scrapbooking are precise and look just like the original. I'm very happy with mine and the support that I get from Best Buy.

this 8025 HP printer is great. Color is good quality and the printing is just what I expected. Really easy to set up, and with the print cartridge optional mailing, I never have to worry about running out of ink.

In general, it’s fine, but like every other printer from HP I’ve had, sometimes the scan function won’t connect.

This printer prints, copies and scans well. My only problem has been with set-up and continuing operation. The instant-ink feature requires that the printer operate via WI-FI and my preference is to use USB directly to my desktop computer. The HP customer support was EXTREMELY helpful to manage the set-up, but I find I still occasionally get an error message that the printer is not connected, so I need to check which printer port is being used, and change if needed. I have already received a free set of ink cartridges, so I'll keep working on smoothing out the process. Great customer service.

It is a genuinely nice scanner, printer. I like the fact that it can hold a large amount of paper and more ink than most printers. Also, that you can extend the length of the paper holder to print 8X14 sheets.

Great overall. User friendly. App and computer connectivity is convenient. Plastic tray feels way to fragile and is a little frustrating opening and closing.

Not user friendly to set up, however, it works great now. Never had such a hard time. No icon on desk top for other functions.

This printer is very easy to set up. It is a little slow in printing multiple copies, but overall it gets the job done! Only negative comment is that the machine may feel or sound a little flimsy at times.

I set this up in about 10 minutes. It's easy to use and fast. Printing and scanning quality are great. The only issue I have is the paper seems wet right after printing but the ink doesn't smudge so it's not a big deal. Great for the price.

My old HP printer showed error messages frequently so I bought this one. I wanted the document feeder. I'm glad I made the move since this one prints well and makes it easier to scan and copy documents. It does very well on photos, too. I have no idea on ink supply life. I've been an Instant Ink member about since its beginning and just got word my first shipment of cartridges for this is on the way, but so far the starter cartridges that came with it several weeks ago have an adequate supply of fluid. I'm glad to have the capability to print from my phone although I seldom use it.

Good printer. Only issue is that is used up a good amount of ink. Other than that it’s fine.

Nice all-in-one machine, however it was difficult to get set-up with our very slow wi-fi connection. After that it seems to work well.

All I can say is that I made the right move for choosing this printer I used to have a canon but it broke so I went for this hp and I'm speachless of how easy to set it up and it's faster this is a great printer I definitely recommend it

Ordered in the a.m. and was delivered to my home by 1pm. Easy and drama-free set up. Love the ease of use and ability to print from my phone or laptop. Can't wait to see how the instant ink option with HP.

This printer is very easy to set up and use. It prints so fast I thought it didn’t print everything I needed, but when I checked it had printed everything and 2 sided. Very happy and satisfied with this printer.

Amazing HP printer and a great value. Integrates app for e-printing is fantastic. You can even email your print job to the printer address (you can customize the email address too) from anywhere you have internet access.

Great replacement for my previous HP printer. I was able to exchange my old old under my protection plan plus received a store credit! The front-end associate was wonderful.

A little bit larger that I thought, but way better than my older HP 4200 series. Printing is excellent, setup pretty easy for an old timer. Instant Ink subscription looks like a winner.
