Had an old HP All-in-one that finally gave out. Love love love this new one with an app that I can scan items from my phone and save, send or print. Also like the ink plans where HP sends you ink when you get low based on how many pages you print a month. I am still in the free 6 or 7 month trail period. Within a couple of weeks I got notified ink was on the way, replaced cartridges when needed and didn’t have to pay for all those cartridges individually! The monthly plans will save our family lots of money!

Easy to connect to phone and print photos or documents from phone app (Hp Smart). The quality on the photos is amazing ! Worth the buy and it was also on sale which who can resist a great printer at such a great price.

Easy set up. I get prints from my smart phone and my lap top with ease. I had some large projects to do and I received a notification on my phone after I printed 161 pages that I will need black ink soon.

Love the ink program option that comes with it. I have already printed over500 pages and it has great quality. Love that it prints double sided ! Easy to hook up. Worth the extra few dollars over “cheaper” model. Good buy.

Very good wireless all in one printer. I am an hp user and it never seems to fail me. Would highly recommend for small business.

This printer is great. it can scan multiple pages, copies come out clear and it was very easy connecting to WIFI through the HP app

This is a bit difficult to use, especially with MAC IOS. the connectivity has been an issue the start up can be slow at times. good product just can be troublesome.

I haven't bought a printer for a while, so I was a little nervous . This printer had easy to understand instructions. And I was even able to set it up wirelessly. Ink cartridges were easy to install, and it prints perfectly.

This printer was easy to install and is working perfectly for copying, printing and scanning. I will review the fax option later this month. Totally happy with this purchase!

This product is a piece of crap. Don’t buy it. Would not print clearly in color. Had HP send me a new one. New one still didn’t work. Had geek squad come out to fix it and he told me the model was junk and to buy something else. Big waste of money.

Mindless installation. Printed a "busy" page and then scanned it in to check head alignment. Only thing different from my other HP printers is that it does some kind of periodic shuffle when sitting in idle mode.

Love new HP printer! Easy hookup and clear printing. Like the individual color cartridges for replacement as needed instead of needing to replace all the cartridges at same time.

Works as expected for the price. I had a bit of a time getting it to connect to my wifi, but quickly resolved.

We really do not print much, so this is a perfect printer for us, though I am sure this is perfect also for those that do print more.

Really good and easy to use printer. Can just hook It up to you home network and start printing stuff send from your Bluetooth of your phone or computer.

Have had it for around a month. A couple of times I had to wait near 5 minutes for it to print as it seemed to be thinking while making noise. The worst part is the paper tray. Not easy to get in and out to load. If you're like me and have to add special paper now and then, you will not like this printer.

The unit is a good unit but it took two times to geek squad after install to get it working correctly. Doing much better now.

It’s a decent size and not clunky. the printer itself is easy to use and I love that it’s a touchscreen so we don’t fumble with buttons. It connects pretty easily to my android and apple devices too.

I love this printer. This makes the second one I’ve bought. Not only is it easy to use and the print quality great, but the ink cartridges come separately so you only buy the colors you need!
