Best value for auto two sided printer. I also use the printer remotely when I need two side capability using bluetooth connectivity. Also like the auto ink refill monitor from HP. Never run out of ink.

After purchasing three printers I finally found one that gave me what I needed, to scan a document to an email. Not that the setup was was, but finally got it setup with help from hp technition.

Very easy to use. Set up was a little complicated but got it done. Quality of print is very good. I'm a Travel Consultant and need good color prints

this a very good printer, loaded with great items. this is the 5th or 6th HP printer, I have liked them all. they just work great, i can print off my IPhone and IPad and the printer has it's own address.

Picked a good one with this model. Easy setup, no problems connecting to wifi, and already received my first shipment of ink based on my usage. Can't beat this setup for a home. Highlt Recommend!!

This printer was easy to install and is working perfectly for copying, printing and scanning. I will review the fax option later this month. Totally happy with this purchase!

Talked with a online sales representative said I was looking for a 4n1 printer one that can fax I told them I didn’t have a phone line and would it be wireless fax and I was told yes I thought great new technology after getting it and looking into it I find that you must have a landline when I called about the issue another representative said that all fax’s need to have a landline completely different from what I was told

It would have been higher, but registering the printer and trying to assign up for the free ink was truly a miserable experience.

This Printer/Copier is very easy to use. A touch of the finger is all it takes to print or copy. It is instant printing. I'm very delighted with it. It's actually fun to use. It's reasonably priced also.

This printer is great. it can scan multiple pages, copies come out clear and it was very easy connecting to WIFI through the HP app

Love new HP printer! Easy hookup and clear printing. Like the individual color cartridges for replacement as needed instead of needing to replace all the cartridges at same time.

Easy set up. I get prints from my smart phone and my lap top with ease. I had some large projects to do and I received a notification on my phone after I printed 161 pages that I will need black ink soon.

Easy to connect to phone and print photos or documents from phone app (Hp Smart). The quality on the photos is amazing ! Worth the buy and it was also on sale which who can resist a great printer at such a great price.

Prints pretty well, drops WiFi so have to reset power often

This HP printer has been running great so far but drop connection without warning.

This thing is constantly making noise which is apparently just makibg adjustments or tuning itself every time I move it. Don't bother with the free paper it has poor print quality and don't bother signing up for the free ink plan unless you print excessive amounts. I joined for the 6 month free ink and wound up with 1 free replacement ink which often printed badly and before that ink was used much the plan was time to expire, so I canceled and didn't realize that upon canceling they lock those cartriges so you can't use them anymore and have to either re join to make them work or go out and buy new ones. That's just ignorant and wrong. It was free ink it should have worked until enpty. Won't v Bother with trying that again since I don't print often enough...

Love the ink program option that comes with it. I have already printed over500 pages and it has great quality. Love that it prints double sided ! Easy to hook up. Worth the extra few dollars over “cheaper” model. Good buy.

So easy to set up!! Copy quality is excellent, but speed is quite slow. But given the difference between trying to set up the printer vs the speed, I'll put up with the slow speed.
