So easy to set up!! Copy quality is excellent, but speed is quite slow. But given the difference between trying to set up the printer vs the speed, I'll put up with the slow speed.

Easy to set up, self aligning printhead after a printout and scanning it. Bought because it has a wired Ethernet connection, but does have wireless also. Also has a great feature of direct email printing along with andriod printing.

The printer works beautifully, was easy to install and the 2 months of free ink through instant ink was a real bonus. The quality of the print copies is excellent, and the price was very reasonable.

Set up was fairly easy. (I believe that my internet could be to blame for the set up problem) Printing afterward is really easy! The quality of the print is excellent! I especially like that it auto ships ink when it gets low.

Perfect for in home use, i recommend this to any home that needs to copy, or print from the internet or from your phone, plus its pretty easy to use for a nontechy person

The product is excellent. I always prefer HP printers, because they are the best for my needs. Only thing I would recommend, is to extend the free ink offer to Puerto Rico

Compact computer that operates easily. Set up is easy. Printing is easy. Scanning is easy. Loading ink is easy. Loading paper is easy. The quality and speed of printing is excellent.

Best value for auto two sided printer. I also use the printer remotely when I need two side capability using bluetooth connectivity. Also like the auto ink refill monitor from HP. Never run out of ink.

Really like this printer. Had purchased an hp a while back and was dissatisfied, so I was hesitant to purchase another hp. But this one has met expectations. Will double side, wifi, great prints.

I wanted a reliable all-in-one printer that didn't break the bank. This one is great as a personal printer: the footprint fits where I need it, and it does all its functions as promised.

I had a previous all-in-one model 6600 for 7 years and being delighted with it, I bought tt’s newer model. What a surprise ! This newer model does much more for the same price ! Thank you HP

After purchasing three printers I finally found one that gave me what I needed, to scan a document to an email. Not that the setup was was, but finally got it setup with help from hp technition.

I like this printer overall. Havent gotten to use the fax feature yet but being able to get 6 months/700 pages a month through HP ink was amazing! I definitely recommend getting a HP printer.

Did a lot of research and settled on this printer. Ability to print from phone, iPad, or computer on same wifi is a nice bonus. Print quality is ok but when doing some heavier color printing the quality lacks a little. Two cons, I don’t like the instant ink program. Would rather buy on my own schedule and don’t print enough to justify the fee. Second con is with the connection to the internet the printer will shut down if wifi goes down or you lose power. Not a deal breaker but kind of annoying.

My husband needed a printer to print documents for his work, so we decided to get this HP model after our brother MFC-J470DW printer stopped printing after few uses. I'm glad that we bought this because the set up was so easy and fast. All you do is just follow the instructions on one piece of paper that comes with this product and you'll be done in less than 10 minutes. My husband uses his laptop for his documents so he just entered our home wifi password when the printer asked for it and it was ready! Well, we tried to print some of his work and everything came out very nice and clear as if he was printing from his work. So far, the main purpose for this printer was for printing documents and it does a great job that we're very happy with the purchase!

I Love my new printer! I like the fact this printer is So easy to set up and use. Print quality is really good. Also got the ink program with it so I never have to worry about that.

Talked with a online sales representative said I was looking for a 4n1 printer one that can fax I told them I didn’t have a phone line and would it be wireless fax and I was told yes I thought great new technology after getting it and looking into it I find that you must have a landline when I called about the issue another representative said that all fax’s need to have a landline completely different from what I was told

My old printer " expired" & when I went shopping for a replacement there wasn't much a selection anywhere. None of my preferred printers were in stock at any of the major stores. The sales person at the local Best Buy recommended this model. I reluctantly bought it, & was pleasantly surprised. Set-up was easy. Print quality is acceptable, & photo quality, which was one of my main requirements was only fair. Overall a decent printer.
