This printer had easy to understand instructions. And I was even able to set it up wirelessly. Ink cartridges were easy to install, and it prints perfectly.

Not only is it easy to use and the print quality great, but the ink cartridges come separately so you only buy the colors you need!

It connects pretty easily to my android and apple devices too.

I haven't had any issue so far. I will be purchasing the cord to connect to my laptop, but for now, the app works well.

I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number

- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

The one thing l like is when it goes offline it will automatically reconnect. Don't have to mess with it to reconnect. I've found HP to be good product.

Bought because it has a wired Ethernet connection, but does have wireless also. Also has a great feature of direct email printing along with andriod printing.

Ability to print from phone, iPad, or computer on same wifi is a nice bonus. Print quality is ok but when doing some heavier color printing the quality lacks a little. Two cons, I don’t like the instant ink program. Would rather buy on my own schedule and don’t print enough to justify the fee. Second con is with the connection to the internet the printer will shut down if wifi goes down or you lose power. Not a deal breaker but kind of annoying.

(I believe that my internet could be to blame for the set up problem) Printing afterward is really easy! The quality of the print is excellent! I especially like that it auto ships ink when it gets low.
