I didn't see the feature where i could do a two side sheet fax. Other than that ill give it 5 stars. Bit 4 out 5 is not bad

Happy with printer and the price at Best Buy was good. Do not like the idea that print may not work if I do not use HP ink.

Great printer, easy set up. Was able to hook to phone right away no issue. Able to hook to my husbands phone with no issues. Print is clear and no smears

I Love my new printer! I like the fact this printer is So easy to set up and use. Print quality is really good. Also got the ink program with it so I never have to worry about that.

The not-so-good news first: This printer was very tough to set up because something went wrong when I used my phone as per instructions. Only after a factory reset could I get this printer to work. And the good news: This printer works like a charm! I bought it because my old OfficeJet 6970 was difficult to keep connected with my router and I did not want to replace my router. I do not recommend setting this printer up with your phone, use the computer.

Great printer, connects easily. I like that you don't have to use Instant Ink with the printer, you can just buy cartridges when you want.

Pretty great printer! Quick & easy installation as well. Great for the family to use at home. I love being able to print from my iPhone. ☺️

Nice printer. Does the job. Easy setup in general, but not thrilled with HP trying to force you into their Instant Ink program. Read carefully before joining - we decided the free 6 months was not worth it in the long term. Having to keep track of how much you are printing and if you have Instant Ink and cancel, the cartridges will not work at the end of the subscription term and you have to send them back and purchase new cartridges that are not Instant Ink ones.

Good price and good Quality does not use a lot of ink and the subscription service is good. Rarely loses connection to the internet.

The printer is great. The 6 month free ink is a joke by the manufacturer. There are unforeseen rules and printing restrictions that ate not disclosed at purchase nor when you sign up for it. They monitor everything you print and charge you if you go over the limit of pages. Plus once you cance the ink service the printer will not work because you are using there so called free ink cartridges. So skip the 6 month ink supply offer. The company is too controlling!!

We replaced our HP Printer with the new HP Office Jet Pro 8025e. Love it. It is faster printing and easier to load the paper. Would definitely recommend it.

Very difficult to set up. Been over a week and I still can't scan. I won't load the drivers. Had to get my grandson to help. He works as a tech service guy. He had to leave before the driver came up "unable to load". Now I can only print PDF's. Doesn't make sense to me!! Still trying to make it work It is a good copy machine.

The setup was a pain. This is my 8th HP printer and probably my last. It took way too long. Thank goodness for Geek Squad who helped me set it up. One of the reasons that I continued to buy HP was I really liked their HP Support Assistant. Unfortunately, it looks like they put their emphasis on HP Smart which is all about selling you ink.

My old printer " expired" & when I went shopping for a replacement there wasn't much a selection anywhere. None of my preferred printers were in stock at any of the major stores. The sales person at the local Best Buy recommended this model. I reluctantly bought it, & was pleasantly surprised. Set-up was easy. Print quality is acceptable, & photo quality, which was one of my main requirements was only fair. Overall a decent printer.

My husband needed a printer to print documents for his work, so we decided to get this HP model after our brother MFC-J470DW printer stopped printing after few uses. I'm glad that we bought this because the set up was so easy and fast. All you do is just follow the instructions on one piece of paper that comes with this product and you'll be done in less than 10 minutes. My husband uses his laptop for his documents so he just entered our home wifi password when the printer asked for it and it was ready! Well, we tried to print some of his work and everything came out very nice and clear as if he was printing from his work. So far, the main purpose for this printer was for printing documents and it does a great job that we're very happy with the purchase!

This is a nice printer for my home office. I have been happy with HP printers in the past so I don’t foresee any problems. I do recommend.

First time owning a HP printer . That was purchase from Best Buy online, Great service and easy to purchase . So for the Hp 8025e is a great in vestment. Received extra ink cartridges week later.

Set up was quick and easy and it was put to use right away. Prints great. All around it’s definitely worth the money.

I chose wisely when my old HP Printer stopped working. Selected this one to take care of my printing and scanning needs. Easy to set up, works great. Especially now I am working alot from home due to COVID-19.
