The setup was a pain. This is my 8th HP printer and probably my last. It took way too long. Thank goodness for Geek Squad who helped me set it up. One of the reasons that I continued to buy HP was I really liked their HP Support Assistant. Unfortunately, it looks like they put their emphasis on HP Smart which is all about selling you ink.

Very difficult to set up. Been over a week and I still can't scan. I won't load the drivers. Had to get my grandson to help. He works as a tech service guy. He had to leave before the driver came up "unable to load". Now I can only print PDF's. Doesn't make sense to me!! Still trying to make it work It is a good copy machine.

I like the printer. However, it took me a long time to figure out that the GPS coordinates of the printer's location were a necessary factor in the setup. The setup instructions do not tell you this or I missed it somewhere. The paper tray is of lesser quality than the last HP Printer I had. I like that I can print from all of my Apple devices. The price was right for home use.

This is a nice printer for my home office. I have been happy with HP printers in the past so I don’t foresee any problems. I do recommend.

I needed a new printer and after researching about them I was very sceptical about this purchase because I didn't know if I could understand how it worked, but I bought it anyway. I always have had HP computers and printers so I am familiar with the product and satisfied with what they do; but I was a little apprehensive about setting the printer up which was easy to do. I had some confusion about how the fax part worked. bit after using it a couple of times, I am able to use it with clear understanding. It works great. I love it.

Set this up on our WiFi in minutes. Can print from anywhere in the house. Makes great copies. Quick. Print options are easy. Love this. Ink has lasted longer than our previous printer.

I am always felt that the HP product is well-made and engineered. Never had any problem except that most of the printers of any type, you may get 5 to 8 years.

The sizing is exactly what I was looking for. It has what I needed in features..wireless ..double sided printing..fast...ink costs reasonable and print quality is better then I expected for the price point!

Love this printer. I love that it has a loading tray like bigger company printers and also the fact that it prints on both sides. Game changer for home printers!

This machine is almost like the one it replaces, so it has been easy to learn. I don't have a high demand for printing, etc., so this will be fine for me.

The printer was easy to set up and is working very well ever since. It easily connected to our phones, laptop, desktop and chromebook!

When I print something I don't have to go and reinstall the paper to print on the other side like I had to with my other printer's.

So far, so good...my only complaint is thst the colors seem a little off, skintones for example, and I can't see anyplace to adjust it.

Never have I had to deal with a more aggravating printer. Sometimes it will work fine for days, then, like now, I cannot get it to print at all. I have an older HP that I liked, but this one is just a piece of junk. The print quality is fine, IF you can get it to print! The indicators on the machine mean nothing. I am constantly told it is offline when it is not. I have tried just about everything, and nothing works every time - it is hit or miss if I can get what I need or not. I suggest you keep searching rather than deal with constant unknowns and time-wasting.

My old hp finally died after 10 years+ of use. Decided to get something compatible with instant ink and boy do I love it. I print a lot for school. Every teacher has pdfs/ppts so this is by far the best money saver. It's super simple to set up, prints clearly defined pages for me and the best part is the paper feeder for copying and scanning! My old printer didn't have it and it was a pain in the butt to scan 15+ pages for some assignments. This made my life so much easier. I am by far a hp fangirl and will never go to any other printer.

Arrived in perfect condition. Easy to set up. Works great. I am very pleased with this purchase. It’s a great printer.

Pros: Good sized printer - quality is very good. I use to print photos and it does a good job. Touch screen menu is easy to read and use. I also like the separate color cartridges versus the all in one. Cons: I print photos a lot - and it is difficult to swap between letter sized paper and 4x6 or 5x7 photo paper. Prints a bit slow - but this is an entry level printer

My old printer was fried. Best Buy has a large selection with great prices. The best surprise was thst my model had a special price for members, which I am.

When I turned in a faulty new OfficeJet Pro 8025, I paid only the difference in price between it and a new 9015. (I had a 9015 earlier, and it was a gem. It printed about ten thousand full-color pages annually for two years until an electronic problem made me replace it. That cost me only the price of a new protection plan.) The new 9015 arrived two days earlier than estimated. The setup from box to printing was quick—about twenty minutes—and simple with HP Smart. The new printer is connected to two Mac desktops and three smart phones. I’m optimistic. By the way, my experience has shown that the Best Buy protection plan is a good investment.

The printer loads quickly. Print cartridges are easy to change. Stopping paper jams wasa little bit of a problem. Otherwise the printer is great for a home office.
