When I turned in a faulty new OfficeJet Pro 8025, I paid only the difference in price between it and a new 9015. (I had a 9015 earlier, and it was a gem. It printed about ten thousand full-color pages annually for two years until an electronic problem made me replace it. That cost me only the price of a new protection plan.) The new 9015 arrived two days earlier than estimated. The setup from box to printing was quick—about twenty minutes—and simple with HP Smart. The new printer is connected to two Mac desktops and three smart phones. I’m optimistic. By the way, my experience has shown that the Best Buy protection plan is a good investment.

The printer loads quickly. Print cartridges are easy to change. Stopping paper jams wasa little bit of a problem. Otherwise the printer is great for a home office.

Works great. Easy set up. I have no complaints. I had a paper jam and it was fairly easy to fix. Hasn’t jammed since. Would recommend this printer to my family and friends.

Was in deperate need to get a new printer and I was hesitant to purchase one with online set-up and w/o cd back up. Followed the directions with no glitches. This was a satifactory model for the the print printload I have. Love the ink refill program, much less costly than retail purchase with at home delivery. So far printing single and double sided documents and scanning are the only functions I have tried so far. Works well. Was concerned this might be inferior to my previous printer, but I no longer have that concern. Very much at peace, having a decent working printer.

Works well and easy to set up. We got this to replace other printer in the office. Was very easy to set up and prints quality print jobs. Good for a local printer.

This printer is perfect for my small home office. It is eaxctly as advertised, a relief since many products disappoint - easy set up, reliable and clean prints. Works great with my iPhone and looks good.

This machine is almost like the one it replaces, so it has been easy to learn. I don't have a high demand for printing, etc., so this will be fine for me.

So far Very Good. Be sure to read all instructions when connecting to your computer.

My last HP printer lasted forever, so I'm hopeful this will be the case with this one. HP makes good quality printers.

I have only had this for a few weeks but so far so good. It prints well and scans well. Those are the only features uses so far. This printer was very easy to set up and get started.

Great printer, connects easily. I like that you don't have to use Instant Ink with the printer, you can just buy cartridges when you want.

This thing is constantly making noise which is apparently just makibg adjustments or tuning itself every time I move it. Don't bother with the free paper it has poor print quality and don't bother signing up for the free ink plan unless you print excessive amounts. I joined for the 6 month free ink and wound up with 1 free replacement ink which often printed badly and before that ink was used much the plan was time to expire, so I canceled and didn't realize that upon canceling they lock those cartriges so you can't use them anymore and have to either re join to make them work or go out and buy new ones. That's just ignorant and wrong. It was free ink it should have worked until enpty. Won't v Bother with trying that again since I don't print often enough...

I am always felt that the HP product is well-made and engineered. Never had any problem except that most of the printers of any type, you may get 5 to 8 years.
