It does produce a decent copy quickly, but I don't like the location (left side) of the menu window nor its touchiness. For my home use, it will suffice, but it doesn't thrill me like the older and superior model.

So when I saw this one at just a few dollars more yet with so many more features (print, copy, scan, fax) I went for it. I’m super happy with it. And while we don’t use a printer super often the scanning feature has already come in handy and the printing is fast. Signing up for the auto-renewer for printer cartridges through Best Buy was easy and I’m looking forward to it coming whenever we’ll need it without having to think about that.

I upgraded from HP - OfficeJet 3830 Wireless All-In-One. The most important feature that I liked is ease of two sided printing. The Pro printer automatically flips the paper, unlike the older printer where i had to do it manually and it would mess up the orientation. the paper tray is below the printer and very easy to reload. the paper size adjuster are improved. the feeder for scanner is a big help too. the printer quality is very good, i regularly print photos documents and HP instant ink plans make it super affordable. value for money especially when you get this printer for $99.

Was not easy to set up and still not sure I have it set up correctly. The help line is of no help. Paper tray does not slide out easily and the whole machine seems to be very temperamental.

Various problems with installation and ease of use with the other ones, so have returned them one by one. I work from home as an independent contractor, and very much needed a printer. Took a trip to the store and they were so, so helpful. This is a fantastic printer, set up was extremely easy, and I love the instant ink feature. They explained all to me at the store and believe me as a senior, that was very much appreciated. I even got a discount on my first month of the instant ink, and even set up for that was a dream.
