This is a great compact, do it all printer. The quality of the print is crisp and sharp. The speed of printing is excellent. I recommend for home use

My old hp printer lasted 15 years. This one squeaks, groans, and rattles out of the box. Have to use HP Smart to print anything and not compatible with older Windows. Not near the quality of my old hp and HP big brother wants access to all your printing. The print quality is good but it sounds like it’s going to fall apart. You can creat a direct connection similar to Wi-Fi but still have to have HP smart. Will not buy HP again. My first tower was HP and nothing but headaches. My HP printer was excellent. Now they managed to screw up their printers too. I have an older laptop with excellent print programs but HP smart isn’t compatible with older Windows.

A real performer. Quiet and efficient. First new printer I have had in at least eight years. Who knew how far these printers have come?

A very good printer for home office use. Prints documents and presentation with excellent quality. All in one printer is well packaged with the necessary features.

An upgraded replacement for my 4650 Office Jet. Easy overall installation, much easier ink installation, and holds more paper. Love this newer model!

Works great.Only negative thing I have about this printer is it was difficult to get one of the ink cartridges in.Otherwise works good and worth the price.

We like it me and my wife but can be difficult to setup with the app.

We bought this to replace a very old printer that wasn’t working well and originally were looking at a smaller/more compact simple printer for just printing but it sold out. So when I saw this one at just a few dollars more yet with so many more features (print, copy, scan, fax) I went for it. I’m super happy with it. And while we don’t use a printer super often the scanning feature has already come in handy and the printing is fast. Signing up for the auto-renewer for printer cartridges through Best Buy was easy and I’m looking forward to it coming whenever we’ll need it without having to think about that.

excellent printer for home use. I upgraded from HP - OfficeJet 3830 Wireless All-In-One. The most important feature that I liked is ease of two sided printing. The Pro printer automatically flips the paper, unlike the older printer where i had to do it manually and it would mess up the orientation. the paper tray is below the printer and very easy to reload. the paper size adjuster are improved. the feeder for scanner is a big help too. the printer quality is very good, i regularly print photos documents and HP instant ink plans make it super affordable. value for money especially when you get this printer for $99.

Just love this thing, it prints extremely clear and extremely fast and it came with 6 months of ink. I mean, how can you beat that?

This is the third printer I have tried. Various problems with installation and ease of use with the other ones, so have returned them one by one. I work from home as an independent contractor, and very much needed a printer. Took a trip to the store and they were so, so helpful. This is a fantastic printer, set up was extremely easy, and I love the instant ink feature. They explained all to me at the store and believe me as a senior, that was very much appreciated. I even got a discount on my first month of the instant ink, and even set up for that was a dream.

This printer was very quick and easy to set up. It prints great pictures and allows for faxing and scanning. You can even print documents while away from home with the app.

HP user for many years that include desk tops and printers. Completely satisfied with recent purchased printer. Totally fits my needs!
