Great printer. Much lighter which is a concern for seniors. Has all the features we need.

Very close to laser print quality. Only problem is ink is much more expensive than our previous 5 full lazer HP printer print cartridges use to be but we don't print nearly as much as we did in the last 30 years so it really is no problem. We take large run files to professional print service anyway. Great results just wish ink cartridges were a little more price friendly but we are still more than satisfied. This is without a doubt the worst printer/scanner I have ever owned, most of which have been HP products. The process for installing the printer software was a joke, as there are at least two different versions - one for desktop, one for your phone. Then HP tries spamming you with endless appeals to create "HP Smart"and "HP+" accounts, so that it can sell you on its ink subscription. Then there are the endless pop-ups reminding you that one of your ink cartridges is running low, even when the printer software is closed, WITH NO VISIBLE WAY TO TURN OFF THE ENDLESS REMINDERS. Note to HP: I neither need nor want an account to use a printer/scanner that is usually just six feet from my PC. Also, one or two reminders that I'm running low on ink is plenty. I don't need or want 20 of them a day. Then I end up with at least two different versions of the scanning software on my desktop, both of which look like they were written ca. 2003 and neither of which is very functional. The desktop software seems to function as little more than spamware, constantly demanding you sign up for HP Smart and/or buy ink. Then the printer/scanner is *constantly* disconnecting from my extremely stable mesh network, with which no other devices in my household ever seem to have an issue. I have now had this issue with two different HP printers/scanners in two different homes with completely different WiFi equipment. I was hoping that issue would be resolved with a newer model and newer technology. Nope. I tried reconnecting the printer to the network and it kept failing. The interface on the printer is as clunky as the desktop software and appears to be every bit as dated. It tells me I am connected to my laptop but isn't. So I re-add my laptop. Now there are TWO links on it to my laptop, as there is no visible way to remove the dead link. So then I tried reconnecting to the printer via the desktop software and all it would do is demand that I create an HP Smart account, which I do not want. I have probably owned a dozen printers and/or scanners in my life, most of which were HP, and I can literally say that I have never had a worse experience from start to finish than I've had with this one. Yes, finish - because I am taking it back and getting anything other than an HP. Dear HP: please just give us a decent printer/scanner that stays connected to our WiFi networks and scanning software that looks like it was written some time in the last decade. Hp have the best printer I been buying Hp printers and they are one of the best ones.

Working from home and needed a printer/scanner that could scan multiple pages. This fits the bill and at a very affordable price. Print quality is great too

Easy set up, great copies, great scans. This is an excellent all in one printer for the price. I would highly recommend this printer.

I have been without a good printer for so long I just didn't realize how good this one is. I'm not sure, but I think I paid $129 for it plus free shipping within 3 days. although this is an ink jet printer the print is so sharp and clear you would think it is a laser printer, The color is brilliant as well.er. There are also a lot of bells and whistles that I personally don't need, but it's nice to know the technology is there. I also checked the cost of ink replacement cartridges and they are pretty much the average cost of most. Overall I think this was an excellent purchase.

Great product. A little difficult to set up but now that it is running it is great.

I was very optimistic initially when I got this printer. It’s fast, WiFi enabled, and quiet. But since I’ve changed the cartridge, it’s been having the alignment issue that I’ve had with previous printers. Other than that everything is great about it. I wish my colored pages didn’t have the line in the middle!

I love my new printer. I also love the 6 months of ink I received by mail. Best purchase.

I havent had this more than a few weeks but the pluses include an excellent price, fast delivery, easy setup, and reasonable ink costs compared to other brands!

Very Functional Printer! HP subscription is awesome and makes the ink and paper replacement seamless and easy. Definitely a 5 Star Product.

Outstanding replacement of old printer. Need to figure out 2-sided option. Otherwise great product.
