Never an HP printer again after 32 years of them.

The last one purchased died in less than 3 years. Door fell off paper tray, had to disassemble for multiple types of paper jams. Went through over $500+ in ink last 2-3 years. Last year about this time they altered their software. Every device a problem and different results. This one just returned after month no way to get it to function with HP Smart, stay connected to Wi-Fi and devices simultaneously. Returned it for an Epson cost more since lost holiday black friday sale price. Hope it works, because the printers are now low grade plastic and lot less functions.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series

Price was good and the quality of the print output was good. However after 6 months the printhead errored and the printer had to be returned, Warranty will cover the exchange however this printer is no longer available. I would buy again if it was available.

Problems with my printer

It is very hard to adjust it to change paper sizes. Also sometimes it feeds more than one sheet of paper when making a single copy. Sometimes as many as 6-8 sheets. I talked to 3 different people at Best Buy where i purchased it and none could offer any help. even a person from their Geek Squad.
